Here’s to my first bad review ? I wish I could make this stuff up ??♀️I called to check prices on a few items that I wanted. I figured I would call instead of wasting time and gas to go there. The lady answered pretty quick but when I asked if I could get a price check she refused and insisted that I was a scam caller and told me unless I could verify where I was calling from she wasn’t going to tell me the prices and I told her I was calling for myself and I told her my name and my phone number so she could check the caller ID and see that they match what I’m saying and she started talking over me to again tell me I needed to verify where I was calling from because she thought I was a scam caller so I told her never mind and have a nice a day but even if I was a scam caller person what harm would it do to tell me a few prices? She wouldn’t even let me tell her what items I wanted the prices for.Y’all might wanna change your label from convenient store to inconvenient store if your employees don’t learn some customer service.

Thieves. No sign saying they cannot provide change and do not have change on hand. Refuse to give the change required effectively stealing money from the customer. Laughed when I told them it was illegal and refused to give me my correct change.

If I could give this place a zero star I would. The guy at the register tonight had no personality and was extremely rude to me and waited almost 10 minutes for us to get rung up after paying, he threw my change on the counter and I had never dealt with any such service before I'll definitely not come back to support any BP station again if this is the way they treat their customers.

The guy working was very rude did not want to sanitize hands before touching my merchandise I asked for his name he stuck his middle finger up at me. Most unprofessional person I have ever met. Cursing in front of customers as well. I was daily customer at the store after this experience not anymore

A bp member filling up don't have change for the 1.05 for just ice in my own cup ! I ask please also ! Treated me like I was asking for the moon ! To use my debit with a cost the store more.
