First time used my card wasn't sure how much was charged until I checked the bank when I got home 4 dollar min was charged 10 dollars .I think it's a little pricey

Took my car to run it through the wash. I swiped my card for the 7 dollar wash. Nothing happened. Swiped my card again. Nothing!!!!
I got home and seen on my bank account I was charged $29.00
I'm beyond furious!!!!!!!
The number to call at the car wash will not go through. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO TO THIS RIP OFF CAR WASH!!!!!
WHO EVER OWNS THIS PLACE SHOULD HAVE A PHONE NUMBER THAT WORKS.??????????

This car wash used to be the best around years ago and they’ve let it go to hell just got done washing the machine someone had quarters jammed up in it it took 125 of my money and of course there’s no phone number to collect the refund

Today 5/21, i went to Pro Shine for a wash and purchased the Professional wash for approx $40. This is not the first time using the car wash but today one thing was clear, they had a lot of young kids working there. Anyway for the price paid i knew i was gonna be there at least 25 mins as it takes me that amount of time when i select cheaper options. my car was ready in 15. When i inspected my car the whole inside was barely touched. They Rain Xd the dash and thats all they did. My console was not wiped neither the doors and other surfaces. I told the person working on my car and he went inside to address my concerns. he called me back and yet still the places i told him were still not cleaned. i got so frustrated i ended up taking his cloth and cleaned my car myself. And to think i left a tip for sh***y work. I will no longer be using that service. Very poor and unprofessional.

In my opinion this is to be one of the best car washes in town but it has quickly gone downhill when it comes to quality and service. I paid for the professional car wash and left with a half clear car. I pointed out to the attendant that the windows were still dirty/smudged. Instead of him cleaning it, he handed me the rag and walked away. The inside of my car was still dirty and looked like it was barely vacuumed or dusted. For $35.95 plus tip, I expected a little more.

I paid for an express detail and leather condition. The guys didn't even wipe down my head rests (front and back), let alone condition them.They also used the same rag to wash the wi does, leaving a heavy film on them. Also, didn't even bother to was the back window.Finally, express detail includes an express wax, which they didn't have any of. There were to many deficiencies to point out at the final inspection, also the employee didn't even ask me to inspect the work, he just grabbed the tip and moved on.Just poor!!!

USERS BEWARETook my vehicle through the $7.00 wash. They ended up charging an extra $10.00 to my (debit) account. I'll never use this scamming place again!!!
