There's a reason this location has a 2.4 star rating at the time of this posting. To me, it's obvious it's a management problem, but this location can't seem to get their stuff together. Long waits, terrible customer service, and little to no help within 30 minutes of closing. Please save yourself the frustration and choose a much better bank that takes care of their customers.

The longest wait(s) I’ve ever had with a Wells Fargo location. Consistently has 2 tellers operating inside and the drive thru. I’ve been banking with Wells Fargo for over 8 years and this location makes me want to switch banks.

Had no idea how to deposit a savings bond, first told me it wasn’t made out to me, then when she figured out it actually was in fact made out to me it took 3 tellers and an hour to actually deposit it. something that shouldve taken five minutes (ive done this before at a different bank) took three people INCLUDING their boss and an entire hour. Then had no idea how to explain to me that if I just waited 3 more years to deposit it I would have made $3,000 more on interest. Made me miss out on money and everyone in there was extremely uneducated and lacking in their jobs. Wouldn’t recommend going here, definitely just hire anyone that they can find.

the situation is complicated, the company I work for makes the deposit in my account and the bank releases money with four days, a disregard for the customer because I am going to close my account at the agency and open an account at another one that offers me better conditions

I have been banking at the Sanford NC location for 20 years. I have never received any bad service. Ruth is absolutely amazing! I've always been helped with a smile ☺. Keep up the great work!!

Last 3 times I’ve been and for a company deposit no less the wait has been at least 30 mins if not longer ! They don’t speak when u come in ! Act like u are a bother! People all walking around but not trying to help customers! So glad i don’t have personal account here or it would be yanked so fast!! Horrible service, wait times ans more !!!

I open a new bank account in this brach. I was not a long wait. I came in with out a appoiment, but they still help me, i recommend to make a appoiment before going tho. They were nice.

I was extremely disappointed with the poor customer service at this Sanford location. When I arrived inside the bank to make a transaction, there was one person in line, and one person being assisted. There were three WF employees behind the counter, one was assisting a customer, one was doing busy work and eventually moved over to the drive through window, and the other employee was sitting at a tall desk located in front of the drive through area. At that time, there were no customers at the drive thru window. Instead of the employee working the drive thru window helping with the inside customers, they chatted with the employee that was sitting at the tall desk. After finally completing my transaction after waiting 10-15 minutes in line, I asked to speak with a Manager. The Manager was the person that was sitting at the tall desk chatting with the other employee while we waited in line. They explained that they have a policy that the person that works the window only assists when there's more than 3 people in line. Let me also add there was no acknowledgement when I came inside. I had to select as least a one star to post this review, however, if there was an option for zero stars, that's what I would have given this location.

Worst customer service ever from Annette at the Sanford location. Normally I'm willing to give a pass because alot of bad customer service comes from management but she showed me just how unprofessional SHE really is. I was warned about wells Fargo before I started banking with them. Everytime I've had to go there it's been some type of issue. After today we will be closing all accounts with Wells. Save yourself the time and headache from Annette. Take your money were you will be greeted with a smile and respect.

I had an 11:00 appointment to open a business account, arrived on time only to be told the accountant when to lunch, and I wouldn't be able to wait because it would be past my appointment. Taking my business to Bank of America since Wells Fargo apparently doesn't want it

I've been with this bank for almost 20 years and their customer service has become the worst I've experienced ever!! This branch was always the worst branch, but it seems they've infected the whole company!! I'm looking for a new bank!
