Customer service is lacking at this branch. Customers are not valued. Attitude of staff and their willingness to help has gone downhill. Staff put in writing and then said it wasn't correct and I misunderstood them. No apology for blaming me, the customer even though I had it in writing the information they said I misunderstood. Branch manager never apologized and gave the impression he didn't care. When stating I will move my accounts, his comment was-do what you got to do. I was waiting until I heard from the branch manager before making my final decision to move my accounts after 30+ years. He made me realize it is time to find a bank that values any customer, especially those that have chosen Wells Fargo for that length of time.

I had an 11:00 appointment to open a business account, arrived on time only to be told the accountant when to lunch, and I wouldn't be able to wait because it would be past my appointment. Taking my business to Bank of America since Wells Fargo apparently doesn't want it

Bank has no public restroom..!!! There are lines, people waiting and business deposits being made that can take around 30-minutes. How can you make customers happy if you cannot accommodate them while at your bank? Are all your banks setup this way? Are public restrooms not standard for the public who is your customers?
