My family and I came into this location on Saturday. The visit itself was fine other than being busy. But it’s Walmart. With that being said we proceed to check out and every self checkout is 15 items or less. Our cart was more than 15. We didn’t realize that EVERY SINGLE SELF CHECKOUT had changed to 15 items or less. That being said we went to the self checkout and the lady directed us to go elsewhere due to the items. My problem is that I shouldn’t have to wait for a cashier to run through the entire line when there are obvious checkouts available. The other problem I have with that is there are about 3 girls in the self checkout while only 1 operable cashier for more than 15 items. When asked why the change we were informed that the registers were getting old and glitching. I can understand that. But again the problem is that you’ve got a group of self check out ladies hanging out. And only 1 cashier to ring up the rest. Doesn’t make sense. Do better. And if you do proceed with the 15 items or less make sure you’ve got applicable registers open for more than 15 item shoppers. Otherwise you’ll have a load of unhappy shoppers and situations occur and it’s already a “ghetto” location.

Walmart the fact that I can't check myself out with as many items as I please is ridiculous! Now I am stuck, waiting in a line because you can't have more than two lanes open, all the while I see multiple employees chatting and cutting up. Makes so much sense to inconvenience your customers. And on top of that the cashier is ringing people up at the speed of snail! So glad I came here to be reminded why I have stopped shopping here.

Shoutout to Darrell in electronics. July 22 2024. He was very helpful and went out of his way to help us. We were looking for a specific TV and he went over and beyond to accommodate us. Thank you Darrell

Walmart is too big a franchise to be out of items and charging max prices just because they can.

Walmart now only wants you to buy 15 items or less unless you want to wait in line forever in the two lines open for checkout with out limits. How stupid can you be!!!!! Way to go Walmart.. encourage shoppers to spend less money and buy less ! Great plan!

It's a walmart, so that's normal.
However, there has been an alarm beeping behind the cheese section for about 2 months now. Sounds like a temperature alarm, just beeping, beeping.
Maybe the manger could look into the alarm, resolve the issue and get the problem fixed?
And of course, the lack of cashiers, forcing the use of self checkout. When do I get a discount for checking my own groceries?
Fix the beeping as it is annoying nowadays indicates laziness on your maintenance

So Walmart has closed all self cash out lanes to everyone with more than 15 items. Which might be ok if they have more than 2 cashiers open especially on the weekends. I don’t have all day to wait in line to check out because you don’t or won’t open up more than 2 lines. Y’all put yourselves in this mess by having self checkout and now because some folks are robbing you blind the rest is your customers are made to suffer with high cost and now long lines to check out. Walmart has become Kmart reincarnated and we all know what happened to Kmart.

BE AWARE, CHECK YOUR DELIVERY AND MAKE SURE ALL YOUR ITEMS ARE BEING DELIVERED. This is another review done to this TRASH LOCATION. We ordered groceries via Walmart app that we pay for a subscription to and are missing over $150.00 worth of merchandise. Called to speak to someone and they told us there is nothing they can do, dispute it on the app and wait for the refund. I don't know if it's the driver or if it's someone at the store but items are not being delivered. At this point it is theft.

Don’t online order and a get it delivered I have had drivers take my order to other houses (gps brings you straight to our house) or they drop off the wrong order. You would think spending over $300 every week there they would get it right. Not to mention we are Walmart+ members. I always have to call the 1800 # for them to make it right but dang it’s just so frustrating when you have kids to feed and you have to wait 10 days for a refund to reorder your groceries.
