I will be filing a complaint against this store. I pulled up for a prescription, and they told me it be ready 30-45min for my child. I waited the time, and got inside to wait the remainder of the time. They saw me sitting and all, and finally I went up to the counter for the pharmacist to tell me they don’t have it in stock.That was unprofessional and rude to have my son sick waiting for them to tell me that when they’re supposed to tell me at the window when I checked in if they had it or not. I wasted an hour, and even then I had to look on my own for other pharmacies.

This pharmacy is horribly run. They tell you a two hour wait then you get there and wait in the drive through line for another hour to be told 3 hours later your prescription still isn't ready. Clearly they don't have enough staff considering this isn't the first time this has happened to me with 8 cars waiting behind me in this line as well.

I had an appointment made and no one had even acknowledged me standing at the desk of the pharmacy for the 15 minutes.Waited 55min to be seen. What’s the point of having an appointment…The people didn’t really seem to care to waste my time along with the other people here waiting.I will never come to a Walgreens again to get any vaccines I will always go to a CVS they’re more organized and have better customer service and time management.

Even though I had a 1 p.m. appointment for my flu vaccine, I had to wait an hour and twenty minutes past my appointment time. I wish someone would have told me about the lengthy weight. I had just picked up a hot lunch and iced smoothie that was waiting for me in my van. I could have eaten my lunch and drank my smoothie in the parking lot while I waited. Instead, my food was cold and my smoothie melted and warm when I finally got out. At least I got my flu vaccine.That's not the only issue I've had with this Walgreens. Not long ago I waited in the pharmacy line with a bunch of other vehicles. I was stuck with vehicles behind me and in front of me. Turns out the pharmacy had a computer issue and closed for the day. While the person they were serving was still waiting in the drive-thru! So we waited hours before enough people drove on so I could get out of the drive-through. The pharmacy did not tell anyone or post an update on the window. I go to Walmart for my prescriptions now. I assume I have to do that for my vaccinations too.

If I could give a negative, I would. Went in for a prescription prescribed for my son. The pharmacist told me that the dr ordered an over the counter eye drop and directed me to a holistic drug instead. This was on a Friday after hours, confused but with all going on I assumed I misheard our provider and purchased the OTC drops as pharmacist stated the doctor ordered. With ZERO improvements I contacted our pediatrician first thing on Monday to update that there was no change and the eye drops she prescribed were not working when she informed me that that was NOT what she had sent over. I contacted Walgreens and spoke with a floater that was on call that day and he said it was up to the discretion of the pharmacist on if they fulfill the medication or not. I asked to speak to a manager, I overheard him speaking to him but stated he was unavailable because he was not on shift at the time, even though again I could clearly hear their entire conversation. I asked when such manager, named Parker, was at work and was told Tuesday morning at 8. I was able to call Walgreens on Bragg Blvd and they fulfilled the eye drops prescribed on Friday, Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning there was no progress, contacted Parked and nothing was resolved other than voicing my concern of the blatant lie I was told that the original drops were what my provided sent over. Now Tuesday, had to pick up my son and go to an urgent care and now has infection and requires an oral treatment as well as ointment to the eye. Could this have been avoided if the proper medication that the doctor prescribed was delivered - we may never know. I do know I would not trust anyone at this pharmacy with anything involving my children or loved ones health again. Completely dissatisfied and disappointed when these are professionals we are supposed to trust.

They have a wide variety of stuff here from toys for kids to adult toys. Gotta love it.

No wonder this store is rated 2.2! This is my first time writing a review because it’s ridiculous!! I just wanted to drop my packages and had to went in line but the guy wanted me to wait until he’s done with all the costumers paying and kept ringing everyone coming in after me. All he has to do is scan my packages. I waited in line like everybody else so I can get the service I need but nope he wanted to just accommodate the rest because they are BUYING something!!!

I waited through the drive though for over 30 minutes, just to have them tell me that my daughters meds still aren't ready (told me they would be ready the day before.) I tired to call when I left to have them transfer the prescription because I needed the meds. I waited on hold for 27 minutes to get hung up on. This Walgreens is ridiculous.

Rude employee at the pharmacy section. I went in after my dad called telling me the girl was being rude. The employee was hispanic and wore glasses. She was being rude to my dad after my dad was trying to talk to her in spanish. She refused to speak spanish and gave a nasty attitude. Seriously walgreens. Get better employees….

This pharmacy could be a lot faster, but I understand in this new world things have changed. However, Mia sure made my evening easy and was so pleasant on the phone. It was nice to have great customer service (all businesses included) thanks to her.
