Stan was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I was not in store, but made a phone call regarding my phones insurance and he made the process very simple and he treated my phone call as if I was an in person customer.

I recently came to this location to upgrade my phone. Lupe was the associate that assisted me during this process. She has the most amazing customers service skills and is extremely personable. She explained everything well, found the best plan and device for my needs and made the whole experience so comfortable and easy. She was also able to juggle multiple tasks/customers as the store got busy while I was there, while still giving each individual the attention that was needed. She is a true asset to this business.

I can’t thank the Verizon representative Stanley (Stan) Wilson for all of the help he gave me when I dropped my phone on the pavement and smashed it into pieces. Not only did he explain everything to me but he also transferred all my pictures, contacts and apps to the new phone (you know how important these items are). The CT Verizon store wouldn’t set up my new phone when I lived in CT. The Verizon store on The Blvd in Sanford NC treated me with kindness and respect. Give Stan a raise as he made me feel like family and that kind of service is very rare nowadays. ????

Honestly, my entire adult life I have dreaded having to go to the cellphone store. This location is a 100/10 recommend. They had a new set up with chairs and comfortable environment. My consultant, Micke Haile (said like Mike), was calm, professional, and actually solved my issue on spot. I hadn't been receiving my discount for 5 months racking up over $100 worth of extra payments and he was adamant about me getting my money back and resetting my discount. He also didn’t try wasting my time selling me something I am not currently trying to buy, but respected my issue and MY TIME. He respectfully gave me the shortcut version to see where I can save money on my plan and I have something to take home and think about instead of feeling pressured to change my stuff on spot. Thats huge because no one needs to feel pressured to pay something they dont need to be paying because someone wants to make an extra buck on commission. I trust these consultants and especially the store manager for knowing how to hire professional, personable, and compassionate employees.
Lastly, on a more personal note, being BRAND NEW to the area the store manager Lupe and sales consultant Caradys helped me get better oriented and confident to this area. Caradys took the time to hand write me recommendations that me and my Wife can visit to make our lives less miserable and stressful having recently moved in this area. The store manager Lupe, had a candid conversation offering help and kindness to me.
Thank you Sanford Verizon for making this such a blessed experience. I pray this location has continued success and continues to help its customers with HONEST compassion and care. I appreciate the honor you take in your jobs.
It may be small and seem insignificant to some, but even the small interactions of kindness and actually doing yalls jobs well and professionally makes all the difference when trying to deal with a long laundry list of things to do. Thank you!

Got there early and didn't have to wait.The wait can be long as I saw 3 people come in after me.My purchase and phone transfer took about an hour but everything went flawless.Josh is the man!

I went there on Monday, told the guy what was happening with my phone, he said it was a screen issue and set up an appointment to get my screen fixed after I told him it hadn't been damaged. He was a rude guy. (I do wish I got his name). Went to a different store, told them the exact same thing and they said it was an internal problem and has ordered me a replacement.

Mr. Stanley Wilson did a wonderful job setting up my new phone and transferring all of my data with ease and keeping my same telephone number. All this place seems to care about is selling a device, nothing about caring for the customer, needed a screen protector replaced and the lady saw on my account I wasn't due for a upgrade for another 6 months and her mood went south from there by being less helpful with getting a screen protector or cooperating my needs as a customer.

I had ordered a new phone online and of course I had to go to the store to finish setting up the phone, not only did the rep Nhirey Black help me out with this but she was so knowledgeable and explained every detail, her customer service skills are impeccable, she really cares about her customers, you definitely want to request her on your next visit to Verizon!

Monica was an amazing professional associate at this location! I would highly recommend this location if you are looking to upgrade your services or purchase a new device. She was so knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions and quickly transfer all my information from my old phone to my new one! To Verizon corporate: my refund is being sent in a prepaid card rather than a check!? I had automatic payment! It's so much simpler for the person to deposit a check into a bank account instead of carrying another card smh do better. You didn't even have the decency to provide a tracking number.
