My experience at this Verizon was awesome I went to two other Verizon places and none of them could fix my problem that includes a franchise store. Stan was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. I was not in store, but made a phone call regarding my phones insurance and he made the process very simple and he treated my phone call as if I was an in person customer.
