For some reason, sending off mail/packages stresses me out. I will not go to any UPS stores besides this one in Sanford. The manager is amazing, she goes out of her way to make sure the process is smooth and easy. All of the employees there are awesome!

I just had a completely amazing experience with Amy at this UPS Store. She was so willing to help me find the two boxes and get the new labels put on the right boxes. She is cheerful, persistent, and truly went out of her way for me. I am so pleased the boxes will head out on time today, and this is thanks to Amy.

Very unsatisfied, they wouldn’t take my returns, they had the worse attitude I’ve ever seen in all my years of working in customer service and the customer service just wasn’t up to par.

Don’t bother going here. I have now wasted my time twice in the last week driving here to get something notarized. The first time I stopped in at 130 without an appointment as I’ve done many times at other ups locations and was told the notary left to go “pick up paint” and she wouldn’t be back for about 45 minutes. I asked what the notary hours were at this store and the man said 9-3. Today I decided to try again so I went online and made an appointment this time, two slots available 2pm and 230pm. I chose 2pm. Left work and drove 20 minutes to get here (I even had a confirmation email) I go on the store and they tell me “ooo sorry our notary left early, sometimes she leaves at 3 and sometimes she leaves at 2” I said I had an appointment ! The lady says, yea those don’t matter the notary doesn’t get those notifications but you can try again tomorrow. Absolutely ridiculous!

To anyone who needs to return Amazon packages and have been told they can’t and need to be placed into a shipping box or whatever load of excuses: ignored them and proceed to return item.Crazy lady kept trying to tell me I need to ship it in a box with the shipping label printed so I showed her that it’s a simple QR code scan. No label was provided from Amazon because ITS NOT REQUIRED NOR NEEDED. I wouldn’t even be able to access the shipping label because it wasn’t provided. Geez. Amazon explicitly provided instructions to drop off the package at local UPS store and a shipping label will be printed from scanning the QR code. At the end of the argument, she finally snapped and took the package in. Package was shipped and my return was received by Amazon.Moral of the story: If they start complaining just nod/acknowledge the craziness and proceed with the return. You’ll get out of there faster!

Amy was amazing. We were a little stressed out with the whole process of getting all our paperwork signed, but she was a breath of fresh air as she helped us through the process. It was easy, took a reasonable amount of time, and was just what we needed. We don't ship things very often or use many of the other services they offer, but if/when we do we will be sure to do so there.

I have returned several Amazon packages at this this past Saturday I had the worst experience anyone could have.As I read the reviews I see I am not the only one to have lousy service.Was told that the box Amazon had shipped it in was not good enough and when I asked how much is a box was told 17.00. .I questioned the price and I was told " I don't set the prices I just work here" it's not that I can't afford 17.00 for a box its I refuse to be gouged like that..Mr owner if all you can or are willing to do is reply with the canned message that you have giving all the other reviews then don't botherThe reply suggesting that I could not afford to pay 17.00 for a box is insulting. Why would I pay that much for a box I could get across the street at loxes for 3.00....... its not what I can afford it's what I am willing to payPs.i took the package to ups store in Fuquay-Varina and had zero problems with great and friendly service
