TurboTime is by far the best mechanic shop I've ever taken any of my cars. Katie runs the front desk and probably knows more than most mechanics, I wouldn't be surprised if she is one. She's patient and knowledgeable and is able to explain every single aspect of any problem I've had so far. The mechanics are great, they bring me into the garage and show me what they think and why they think it, they answer every question I have and have saved me tons of money by avoiding unnecessary repairs that the dealership told me would be absolutely necessary in order to avoid a catastrophic failure, which simply wasnt true. Much love to turbotime!

Didn’t end up using turbo time because of how booked up they were. The service writer (I forget her name) was very kind and professional, and I think anyone who goes to them will get excellent service.

If you're looking for a garage run by intelligent, efficient, honest people, look no farther. I took in my old Outback, which was suffering from the notorious "Christmas Tree" dashboard warning lights effect. They quickly diagnosed the problem (a failed oxygen sensor), and also found a number of problems that I was not aware of. Absolutely no pressure to pursue any particular remedy: just a frank and thorough assessment of the vehicle's issues, and a realistic estimate of what it would cost to fix them. In the end, I went with the bare minimum repairs (which the head mechanic agreed was probably the sensible way to go, given the age and mileage on the vehicle). TurboTime is about an hour from my home, but if it had been two hours, it still would have been worth the drive. Highly recommended.

A great shop, run by knowledgeable people. I didn't have a single question go unanswered. I hope I can make way back here (for good reasons, of course) and I will happily recommend them to anybody I know.

Amazing place with such a great environment. I have a 2014 WRX hatch that I’ve brought in a few times for oil changes and post purchase inspection, they are always very transparent and respectful. The shop has such a cool vibe and I only live like 5 minutes away so it’s perfect for me. They know these cars like the back of their hand so I’ll definitely continue to bring my car to them.

You know it’s a real car people’s place when they use AMSOIL. $135 for an oil change, but they do it fast and use GOOD oil.

Ryan is a great guy that knows his stuff. He's always had a passion for Subarus and I personally believe he can make anything happen with those cars. Nice shop, I highly recommend visiting for your Subaru performance needs.

Great experience overallI scheduled with them for the stage1+ on my 2020 WRX, and they did an amazing job. The street tune is so much better than the clunky stock tune.I will definitely be back for future work like walnut blasting, brake upgrade, etcThey may be busy all the time, but that's just a sign of good business. I would recommend anyone with a subaru to come here.

Listed as and confirmed over the phone they are a haltech dealer, but they are unwilling to order haltech parts.UPDATE: your response is an outright lie. I asked if you would sell just the part and you refused. I understood you did not have it in stock and that was expected, no "entitlement" here, thats why in my original review I stated "unwilling to ORDER". Your assumption and lack of comprehension shows a lot about you and your business.

Best place around to take your Subaru!I've had them do all sorts of maintenance and upgrades for my '16 WRX, and they've never let me down. They've done a flex fuel pump, J-pipe, walnut blast, brembo swap, shift kit, and assorted maintenance over the years.The quality of their work is great, and their transparency about any issues encountered when working on the car is reassuring. Things don't always go perfectly, but they always figure out good workable solutions. As a most extreme example: when my brake swap project at the shop didn't go as planned (my fault), they drove halfway across the state to get the parts necessary for me to drive the car home that night. (This was a huge deal for me since I live more than hour away from the shop.) They simply figured it out and got it done. Same for any other minor issues encountered when swapping in aftermarket parts. Highly recommended.Services: Auto exhaust system replacement
