I was traveling for 3 years between 2020 and 2023 staying for extended period of time overseas. I used Traveling Mailbox and had nothing but a great experience with them. I would highly recommend to anyone who is traveling or staying away from the home or home country for longer time.

We really appreciate MyTraveling Mailbox. Their product is very good. We really like the opportunity to receive our mail electronically. Plus, and most important, their customer service is first class, always reliable and always helpful, no matter the question.It’s also good to know that they have various membership plans that provide flexibility to add or remove mail forwarding without having to reapply to the Postal Service.Keep up the good work and keep improving.

The service that Traveling Mailbox provides was perfect for extended travel. It was very easy to access and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them and definitely would use them again.

I am completely satisfied with the service provided by Traveling Mailbox. It was easy to set up and the team is always quick to respond and communication is always sufficient. They are also very responsive when receiving larger packages that need to be forwarded onto another address, even abroad.

I can’t recommend Traveling Mailbox. I was a subscriber for 5 years, and was very happy in the beginning, but the quality of the service has declined sharply since the pandemic.It’s quite an expensive service if you’re paying for a custom address, and the cost of their ad hoc services are horrendously pricey. To deposit a check, they charge $40. There is also a huge lag time between when the mail is received by Traveling Mailbox and when they log it in.Last year, I switched my subscription to the default NC mailing address to save $50. Traveling Mailbox never created a new account for me, so the mailing address on my account was still the previous address. I had three replacement bank cards sent to me in the interim, none of which were received.When I cancelled my subscription, I received an email from the president, Travis Poole, asking me to send him feedback directly. When I replied, his response was essentially that the problem was my fault. Here’s a quote:“Thanks for your feedback. You should have received a new account when you switched your address to NC. I don’t see where that was issued to you so that would have been something to reach out to us to rectify.”Ah! So it’s not your fault for not doing your job. It’s my fault for not telling you that you didn’t do your job. Got it.Don’t waste your money, and don’t be fooled by the Google reviews, which I strongly suspect are fabricated. Check out the reviews on Trustpilot, which are abysmal.

We used this service for one year while traveling, and I highly recommend it. We were provided with straightforward directions for setup, and task requests were managed promptly. It is easy to change subscriptions as needed, and communications were always prompt and responsive.

My husband and I have traveled full time by RV for the past three years. During this time, we’ve used The Traveling Mailbox to keep up with our mail. It’s so nice to have an electronic copy of important documents (with the option to actually receive the hard copy, if needed) that I can easily refer back to. Their system allows you to organize your mail into files. When I had a question at the beginning, the staff promptly answered my questions.

I did not receive my order. This company is brutal when you can't even ship a product to your customer. Have to go to Visa to fight this one. Not paying for something I don't receive. Brutal!

We LOVE this service. We travel alot and while we are gone, we get our mail forwarded to Traveling Mailbox, they open, scan and deliver all our mail into my email inbox. We don't miss a thing while away. It's great and I couldn't be happier with the crew that works there either. Any time I've had questions, they are quick and efficient to respond. Nothing but great service.

I have been using Traveling Mailbox for 8 years now for all extended overseas trips. They have worked flawlessly each time. Any support needs are answered instantly even in the middle of the night US time.I highly recommend.
