If I could give this subway a zero I would. My husband was in line today 12/2/23 at 12:30 and the lady she told me her name was “Janet.” Told my husband our online order hasn’t been made yet and we put in 30 mins prior. She made us wait another hour just to give us a refund because she wouldn’t refund me till she took care of the people BEHIND us in line. Just rude. Never coming here again. There was no need for her to be rude to us like that. And all because her family was in line to see her SMH.

Ordered a large meatball sub with extra meatballs. I received regular meatballs. No extra, wrong cheese was put on.

Understaffed and the employees they do have are lazy. Came in to get 5 subs total for the family for a quick meal and 3 of us were present to order. The worker said she couldn't make 5 subs. Turned around and drove to the one on 87 and the one person that was making subs there had no issue with making 5 subs for us. I can't never goes over good with me, when your getting paid to make subs rather 2 or 20 you signed up to make subs! If you got a family of 5 or more I advise not to go to the one on 27.

The woman of color just walked around the store alone and we were waiting for her in a line of 7 people and the woman never attended us, she was very rude when we asked her what we wanted to order, she just walked by with some vegetables in her hand and told us that she was cleaning and that we had to wait for her to finish cleaning in the middle of lunch time what kind of restaurant is this and what a bad attitude their employees have we are disappointed with this place because of the bad attitude of its employees and the truth is that I would not recommend it to anyone else .

Depends on which one though. The one on 87 near Circle K is good. The one in Walmart is horrible. The foods fine but the customer service is absolutely horrible. I walked out last time because they were so mean.

I'm not sure how to spell his name, but the guy who made my sandwich, Shaun or Shawn, has literally the best customer service i've received at any subway. I walked in there and immediately he asked how I was doing and was very courteous. I kept apologizing for having him add more and more ingredients, but he had a great attitude about it all- even telling me not to apologize. He created such a great atmosphere. The sandwich was decent, but his customer service was great.

Went to get dinner for the family! Great customer service, a lot better than the other subway going into Spring lake. Ethan was the young man who took the order and made the sandwiches. He was respectful, patient, and ensured that the sandwiches were made to our liking. Awesome Job!

The crew that works there are very friendly from the time you enter until you exit. Smiling and happy to help as best as they can. I highly recommend this location in Cameron NC!!

Got here at 10:30 lady came from The back with a mean face and said we Anit open yet even tho it’s states they open at 8am… sat here for nearly 30mins waiting to order and she come back yet again to say we can go to another place to get food if we just gonna sit around and wait. Saturday January 29th 2022 Hwy 27 location

What I ordered Vs what I received SMH Where is the bacon at? And even if you were out of it why my sub looks this nasty? I believed I received a jalapeño sub. This subway will lose its costumers!!! I Ordered from the app
