I'm closing my accounts. The ATM here never accepts cash deposits. Who has time to drive 30+ miles in each direction to deposit cash when you miss their precious hours by 5 minutes because you have a job?! Nobody. At least not me. To top it off, I tried to schedule an appointment to close my accounts and they don't have any- EVER! So now I have to drive to one location tonight and hope their ATM works. If not, I guess I keep on driving. Then I have to schedule an appointment to close my accounts somewhere other than the one literally a half mile from my house because they don't have any appointments. And I don't know about any of you all, but I have much better things to do with my time than wait around for someone to help me in a bank.

I rarely ever need to use the ATM, and when I do, it's to deposit cash. Every single time, the stupid ATM is broken and not accepting deposits. Then I tried to schedule an appointment to close my accounts and there are absolutely none available ever in Sanford. I am changing banks to one that I don't have to drive 30+ miles in one direction to deposit cash and that has actual help available. This is stupid. My advice, if you ever think you might actually need the cash in your pocket in the bank, and you have a job like most people and don't have time to spend your entire lunch break at a bank, don't use PNC. They're useless.

COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, take your business else where it’ll be appreciated. This bank used to be very helpful when the Horner branch was open. I already have a business account and decided to open a 2nd business account for a separate business, that has turn into a run-a-round. The business branch manager will not even make the slightest effort to help you or point you in the right direction if you don’t have an appointment it almost seems like they don’t want to help or do their job. I got this vibe when I made the first call to make an appointment but yet I insisted on having both account with them, after being frustrated I decided to stop everything and take my initial account somewhere else and they ended up saying they didn’t have enough money and that they’ll have to order it.. SAVE YOUR TIME AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Haven't visited this branch very often, however the one on Horner Blvd. was awesome to deal with. I have never had an issue with PNC Bank. So glad that I chose them to bank with!

Absolutely terrible experience. The branch managers was interrogating me about one of my business deposits as I was trying to send a completely unrelated wire transfer. She was asking who it came from, did I know them, what was the payment made for. Completely inappropriate, last I checked I make similar transaction all the time, and her tone was completely disrespectful. This is the same behavior that cause my wife's company to close their accounts and bank elsewhere. I highly recommend you don't use this as your bank.

I was leaving a review for the other branch in Sanford and realized I never left a review for an incident at this branch. I was NOT thrilled with this branch because of the female Branch Manager. The tellers are fine. The one on S Horner Blvd is much better. I lost my debit card and had such a rough time with the female manager some time ago. I called their 1-800 site and had no problem getting a replacement and was issued a temporary to use since I was traveling immediately after being told by the branch manager it was impossible. This was some time ago so maybe there is a new Manager there now. I don't go there anymore because of that woman. It was my worst experience with PNC.
