Dr.Powell is a true caring physician. He takes the time to discuss your needs. The entire staff is kind. We can’t say enough good things about our recent visit. I hope this office always is here to serve the Sanford area.

Gave me false information about treatment AND charged me for an x-ray that I couldn't even use at the place they sent me to. The second place had to x-ray me again (free of charge, thankfully) and told me the information I was giving about what type of treatment I needed was completely wrong. DO NOT GO HERE.

They act like this place is a secure government building, they refuse to let you in. The rudest staff ever!! I went down the road to another urgent care & they weren't locking the doors, not letting you in. Never ever will I come here again!! The front office staff is need to be fired!!! Rude as hell!!!
