So disappointed on Mother’s Day my daughter had ordered me on arrangements from the store first they called and told me that I had some flowers down here that I could come and pick up because the ones that my daughter had ordered did not come. I have been here all day, waiting around the house, some flowers that they said that she was being delivered for Mother’s Day so when the lady called me at the store, I went down there to pick up the flowers she pulled, a vase out with three roses in it with some little yellow small flowers I looked at her and told her Flowers that you’re giving me for the ones that was supposed to be delivered at the house that my daughter had paid for she said yes, but she failed the real roses, not compared to the 12 dozen roses that my daughter and have paid for so of course we was not gonna pay for that so very unprofessional. I advise anyone not to order from this company just so disappointed on Mother’s Day because my daughter was really upset that I did not get the flowers that she ordered for me ordered for me.

Petals was the only florist I could find with tulips. They were delivered on time and they were beautiful. My daughter really enjoyed them for her birthday.

The flowers in the provided picture on their web site is not what you’ll get come time for delivery. I ordered flowers recently and they did not deliver the day I asked, nor did they bring the extra things I payed for. Petals Florist doesn’t answer their phone, nor their email so you won’t be able to get delivery details. Terrible service and product.

The arrangements of this florist are absolutely beautiful, and the owner is even more beautiful than the flowers. She gave me a complimentary bouquet for my wedding day...I will definitely be doing business with her again. This small, locally owned shop is the best!
