“wife called me this morning car just quit running no apparent reason on Spring Lane - Started back up and I was able to come into your shop on a Saturday open till 5pm - David you were able to check and find what wasn't the reason and give me re-assurance was alright to continue to drive this weekend and suggested gas dry in tank to rule out possible moisture in tank - maybe to change out fuel filter at later date if it happens again . Thanks Again being open on Saturday for the unexpected happening's with all my vehicle's . * * * you also still have the cleanest bathrooms in town especially being a car repair shop ( that I might add the restaurants should & could take notice by your example )

“Taylor Automotive has been caring for my cars since 2001, from inspections and oil changes to all kinds of repairs (which I don't have often because they keep my car well-serviced). Tracy is always pleasant, helpful, informative and fair. While my car is in the shop Juan takes me where I need to go and picks me up too. Car problems are stressful when you're a single lady like me, so it means so much to have someone I can trust and depend on. Oh, and it's super clean and pleasant there too.”

“Incredible customer service from drive in to drive out. I was given options of oil changes based on the year and mileage of my car. My cabin filter was shown to me and placed back in. I also shown my oil level after it’d been replaced. 10 minutes was all that it took. Everyone was courteous and accommodating. The tech also noticed that I was an Armed Services member and offered me a Military discount. I will be a returning customer.”

“Went back an loved their service still couldn't ask for better ! Even was give tips and told if I needed top offs and anything checked over they do that for free as far as fluid issues ect! Just knowing they care about people safety and their cars as well even though they didn't pay for he extra services it's an added bonus just being their client! I eve brought my own oil and you can buy your own oil filters too and they will change your oil for a discounted price! I so enjoy having these advantages.”

“Brought in my 2010 Lincoln MKX to have my brake booster fixed. They had it back to me the same day and now my car stops like it's supposed to. Lol. Recieved a recomondation for this shop from a friend that had work done and said prices are fair, shop is clean and workers are professional. He wasn't wrong. Would recommend them to anyone.”
