“Soo my phone was working for almost a year until today around 3pm. I stay in Sanford so I called boost.. I explained the situation and what was happening and the young lady told me to come on in.. BTW, she was so pleasant on the phone just speaking with me.. I arrived at the store and she immediately knew who I was... I had just had a long day so I was pretty tired and my boys were restless bad lol. She took out the time to get them settled with spongebob. They were then quiet.. ppl even came in and she multi-task and helped everyone so professionally with great spirits.. I was able to not only get a upgrade but also another electronic for a reasonable price. JESSICA you were amazing. Wish more people were like you in the world today.
