So much disappointment.
Placed a curbside order around 1230p today for five small items. Waited until 5p and decided to call and check on the status as it kept saying "in progress". Couldn't get an answer and when I finally did, a guy told me he couldn't see how many people were ahead of me or how long it would be. By 7p, I grew tired of waiting and really needed my items before dark. I wait with customer service who calls and calls and finally gets through. I'm told then that the reason it kept saying my order was in progress was because they no longer sold glass.
Rather call and tell me so I could go elsewhere, I received no correspondence and now my important project is left unfinished and my broken windows will remain broken until I can make it to Home Depot. Very unsatisfied with this store and honestly will just take my business to Home Depot or local hardware stores.
Be warned, if you're wanting glass, you'll have to go elsewhere.

Just wanted to give a huge shout out to the amazing guy who helped me find the perfect toolbox for my truck! I didn't catch his name, but he was incredible. And during checkout, Mr. Ed was absolutely fantastic. What an awesome shopping experience!

They don't have multi use angle grinders witg all discs combination to polish, cut wood, ceramic, metal, stone, Glass..not good ..Had to get it in Amazon.

Not the first time I've been disappointed in this store's customer service. One checkout open with 3 other employees standing by the exit door. Then the one checkout looks at us and states his line is closing once he checks out the lady in front of us that walked up at the same time. Manager told my husband someone could scan the items for him in self check-out. Self check-out does away with employees and customer service. Go to another store if you expect good service.

Sick of this dam store… 1820hrs on a Saturday, Only 1 person working a checkout and long line for self checkout. Staff milling around everywhere. More often than not they don’t have basic items available, constantly out of items but Southern Pines or Pittsboro have them stocked. Just, buying 24 bags of concrete, I asked for one of the BROKEN pallets to assist with loading - told NO I can purchase and return it for a refund… I am a pro member and have spent $1000s at Lowe’s over the last 12months. I will not return to Sanford Lowe’s. I will make the slightly longer journey to HomeDepot!

I called the store and asked for the appliance dept. Chantel answered the transfer call immediately. First class service. She was patient, polite, very knowledgable, and efficient. I was extremely satisfied with her help to add product to my delivery order. Chantel was a true pleasure to work with.
