A family member bought a car from here and not even a week later the car started over heating. They took the car back and they said it was the radiator( basically they took the car back 4 times because every light on the dash came on) and they still was not trying to fix it making him pay money out his pockets he bought and paid for a radiator to be put in then he took it to a Honda dealership and they said the whole engine need to be replaced, and that everything that was happening was signs to the engine messing up. This has caused so much stress in their life it doesn’t even make sense this dealership should be a shame because this is completely unacceptable!

If I could give less stars I would, if they push the warranty insurance, there hiding damages, got it home day 1 thought it was just an alignment, it was left upper n lower ball joints, right axel blown, harmonic balancer, belt tensioner, Blow head gasket, cylinder 3 miss fire. For the low price of 16k for this vehicle, now parts n labor.. on my dime,
Reply : This vehicle didn't even get inspected by your shop. There is no way they wouldn't have noticed all the problems. the salesperson told us we'd get 265.00 for the alignment, which we never got. It's currently in the shop being repaired correctly because it can't be driven. Since the day after we brought it home, it's been un drivable, I'll send you the bill, so you can take it up with your repair shop
Final repair bill 3821.00 parts and labor they wanted me to bring back for 30 percent off frim there shop that should of repaired beforeit was sold the kicker were 2.5 hours away lol so it would of needed a 2nd tow, after it broke down on day 2. I just got it back today after a month of engine work n right front end repairs, such a disgrace, nc law states all vehicles be inspected either this wasn't at all or they knew.
See you in court, I have photos n bills for this mess..please don't buy from them. I have a 15k loan what I just paid is disgusting..
Your a liar on that post I contacted you the next day because we broke down, over heated then cost me a tow. you offered a 30 percent off repairs the total repairs were deplorable, when finished almost half what i paid for the jeep, the biggest issue was the blown head gasket..there is no way this vehicle was inspected, your reviews speak for themselves, you suck as a repair shop and dealership, you taking anyone's hard earned money and sell them crap. How about stand by what you sell. Not screw people over. Don't lie on here I'll call you out.
I have pictures of all work done and receipts and the day it was towed. I have emails Belinda from your team. So get your facts straight before you post.

The bathrooms were out of stock in paper towels and looked like they haven't been cleaned in awhile. The salesman Desmond was so engrossed with his phone, it gave the impression he couldn't care less what I liked or wanted. I felt ignored and like a last priority.
