“We may have hit a busy time, but didn't see many cars however the upstairs and hallway noise levels through the night were rough, not enough sound insulation in rooms. Bed and pillows comfy. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly and professional.Food & drinks: Had a breakfast buffet with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, breads, fruits. There was a small shopette in lobby to purchase packaged food and drinks of limited selection.”

“Horrible place DO NOT STAY HERE! I was there for 5 minutes and the smell made me sick to my stomach. I tried to dispute the charges but the GREEDY OWNER doesn’t want to refund me my money. Don’t waste you time with this nasty establishment!”

“If you're trying to decide whether booking your reservation between this hotel and Holiday Inn Express, I highly recommend booking Comfort Suites instead.My boyfriend booked this room last minute online though Hotel.com because our Expedia reservation was canceled by the Hotel staff (who are liars along with their GM, Angela Minnick whom allowed her staff discriminate and racially harassed me) at Holiday Inn Express. Holiday Inn Express broke Expedia's 'book now pay later' policy. I didn't even know my reservation was so called 'canceled' until I tried to check-in and pay at the time of arrival and the hotel told me they cancelled my reservation because they tried to charge my card before check-in and said it declined, then later blamed Expedia for the cancellation. Holiday Inn wanted me to rebook with them but I would've ended up paying more than the Expedia price. With so much frustration, my boyfriend simply booked Comfort Suites online through Hotels com, which is located down the street from Holiday Inn, and is also located in a much better location. We checked in with no problems and the hotel didn't charge my card until we checked in which was wonderful because they followed the policy of 'book now pay later' (unlike Holiday Inn). I'm am really happy that we ended up at Comfort Suites. The staff was was wonderful, and kind. Staff is very welcoming and the room was very nice. The best part was that the price was less than what I would've paid at Holiday Inn Express. Our King room at Comfort Suites was spacious, clean and quiet. Very modern with a nice sized TV and a couch. Breakfast was pretty good! I loved the variety of drinks and items they had. The breakfast attendant was so nice letting me know that more eggs were being cooked and it'd be 5 minutes, which I really appreciate. She even reminded us to get some drinks. Kind gestures go a long way and the kind treatment we received from the staff really helped my anxiety calm down from the mistreatment I experienced from Holiday Inn Express, IHG. I recommend Comfort Suites and would continue booking with them when we travel.”

“Freshly remodeled rooms. Kind staff. Clean and updated with large rooms and very comfortable. There’s a nice lake to walk around with a nature trail and the grounds are large and sprawling. Also very close to Davison’s Steakhouse: a must try for the local or the wayfarer.”
