Takes your deposit, and has no empathy when it comes to financial situation that comes up to where you may no longer be able to get the dog. I understand the reason for a deposit but if someone can no longer get the dog I think giving them back half is reasonable, you still made money. Not how you run a business, not great customer service.

We got our female Dane from Shana at Garner’s Great Danes 2 1/2 years ago. It was the best thing we have ever done. Shana invited us to visit the mom and dad of the puppies and allowed us to pick out our girl. Shana has been available anytime I had a question even today if I need her she is available. If you are looking for a Great Dane give Shana a call. You want regret it.

We had the best experience in getting Daphne and she has been healthy and happy since the moment we picked her up. Garners did and still do a great job in supporting us and providing information as she grows. Going on 6 months old now and she’s getting bigger by the minute!

I can’t say enough good things about Shanna and Garner Great Danes!! We have had our boy now for 8 months and he is the best boy. Shanna was so patient with us picking out a puppy and kept us updated the whole time. Shanna is without a doubt the only breeder I know I can call years after getting the Dane if I had any questions!! I’m so glad we found Shanna and Garner Great Danes!!

Shanna Garner is a liar and a thief. Doesn't refund deposits when she's at fault and walks away with your money without response. She can be very convincing and sweet when she wants to be but she's just a common con-artist. If you are really interested in working with her, pay a few extra bucks for a quick background check and you'll change your mind. These positive reviews are not customers but friends and made up accounts. She'll respond to my post with "I don't know who you are" but she knows exactly who I am and knows very well her history of stealing from friends, family, and business associates and creating enemies.

Amazing breeder! They work really hard to give you quality dogs with amazing temperaments. They are great to work with before AND after. I have texted plenty of times with questions and needing some reassurance on things and always get thorough and thoughtful responses. They’re professional yet still care about their puppies way after they’re in their forever homes! Highly recommend!

Before choosing a breeder i did a ton of research. I researched local breeders Salem, VA) and have several conversations with them. Then in my research i came across Garner Great Danes. I messaged Shanna and it was an instant click with me. Shanna has been amazing to work with. Any questions I’ve i had She has answered and has always been willing to give me any tips she does for her babies. It’s been so nice to have such a great relationship with her. Garner Great Danes will not let you down hands down!!

We have purchased our two Danes from Garners. Shanna is the most responsive Breeder and will help us with any question or concern we have. She takes great care of her Danes and their puppies and allows us to come see them when requested. Our Danes are e most loved and cared for pups and it shows when they come home!! I highly recommend anyone working with Garners if they have a sincere amd genuine interest in being a Dane owner.

We got our gorgeous blue Great Dane from Shanna in March 2019. She was totally professional and upfront throughout the entire process. It was very clear that Shanna cares deeply about the breed and the homes her dogs are going to. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a healthy and loving Great Dane to join their family.

You can not find a better breeder than Garners Great Danes and Shanna! We got our Groot from them after my husband research a ton of Great Dane breeders! We couldn’t be any happier with the whole process. Shanna truly is a one of kind breeder that you can tell she truly cares about all of her pups even after they go to their new family homes. I enjoy that she’s created a community that is our Dane family that we can bounce ideas off of one another and share cute/funny pictures of our big goof balls. We can’t say enough good about the Garner Great Danes! We highly recommend them!
