Game stop has lost my respect. I know one persons opinion doesn’t matter. But I ordered a Nintendo lite before Christmas. Box came in. Box, from GameStop, was empty. Game stop refuses to do anything about it and just wants me to take it up with the carrier when the carrier did there job. Again I know one persons opinion doesnt matter, but will always consider GameStop a thieving company

The workers are really nice and friendly. They are really knowledgeable on different genres of games and they will recommend really good games. The store has a very wide variety of games, they also have accessories and figures of characters for you to select for fans of anime and games. I'm very happy for the services they provide and can't wait to go again!

They didn't have any record of me purchasing a PS4 pro on my account wasn't able to do anything to replace a product that was 8 months old mind you this was a brand new system I purchase warranty with everything very disappointed and will not be back

Store associates did not greet me and when I asked them a question about a current game they acted like I was bothering them. Also the way they responded and reacted deterred me from purchasing the game I wanted from their store. This is the closest store to me but I’d rather travel farther and make my purchase elsewhere.
