Pharmacists deserve lunch breaks.But how hard would it be to have a drop box for prescriptions for other people who are also on lunch from 1:30-2:00 pm and can’t get to the pharmacy when they are open?!Also I did not appreciate having the drive up window closed literally in my face at 1:27 pm.

This place is a freaking joke. No insulin, had to drive around 3 different times cause tech spent more than 5 min on my insulin then had the freaking nerve to tell me she would call police & I had to buy my insulin because they only had 1 bottle for my prescription but they placed an order in & would be in tomorrow even though I ordered it yesterday. ARE YOU KIDDING ME...... I AM TRANSFERRING ALL MY PRESCRIPTIONS TO WALMART CAUSE CVS HAS GONE TO POOP IN A HAND BAG.

I called the pharmacy this morning and a very sweet young lady answer the phone and I told her the refill I needed, She said it would be ready after lunch. I go to pick it up in the drive-through and the pharmacist himself came to the window. I told him my name birthdate he looked at the screen. He said I don’t have it. I said the lady that I spoke with earlier, said that it would be ready he said yeah well I don’t have it!! I explained I’m going out of town I won’t be back for a week I need these meds what am I supposed to do? He said I don’t know what to tell you!! I asked if it can come from another Cvs he said no we can’t do that. I said again, sir give me a suggestion he said I don’t know what to tell you, this man lacked empathy. He lacked compassion and he lacked Customer Service and I know my business isn’t going to hurt Cvs as a company but I will pull everyone of my prescriptions from there. I have never been so disrespected and talk to and I didn’t even get mad. He wanted me to be mad, but I didn’t give him the satisfaction with tears in my eyes, I just said OK OK, he slammed the door and walked away . I sincerely don’t know what to do!! If your in-the health care field and lack compassion please do the world a favor and find another career

The store and the staff are incredible. It’s really nice to feel appreciated as a customer and that is exactly what the staff at this location do. The store is always stocked and clean.

I was with this pharmacy for several years. They never have enough help. They close often during there regular scheduled hours. They don't answer the phone. I was told it is like this everywhere, but that is not true. I moved back to Walgreens and they answer the phone, fill my prescriptions. They recently had some turnover at my former CVS, but the service was horrible prior to that happening. Look around you can find a pharmacy that will provide good service, and appreciates your business.

Not all CVS are equal. This location is hard to reach by phone. My prescription was supposed to be ready yesterday at 2pm and it said it was ready this morning. They were supposed to open at 9am and no one was here — it’s 10am now. Pretty disappointing. Will avoid this location from now on.

Everything is great as long as you don’t need to speak to anyone in the pharmacy on the phone. Also, just to save everyone else an annoying trip, they’re apparently closed 1:30-2:00.

The other CVs on Horner was closed today due to pharmacist not showing up for work so I go to the one in tramway to see if they would transfer my daughters prescription to there since she needed it asap because she was having breathing issues due to a viral infection she is 2 years old well they tell me that they can’t transfer it because it is processing at the one on Horner I told the guy how bad my child needed her prescription he acted like he didn’t care and got a attitude with me I’m so done with CVs I will be switching pharmacies I just can’t believe they wouldn’t help me at all.

Let me just say that I have NEVER had a bad experience with my CVS pharmacy. I have been a long time loyal customer. The ease and speed at which my medication is filled is far surpassing any other in town. Some people need to understand and be more patient with those who work in customer service and if you just use the pharmacy app it saves so much time wasted in lines or phone calls waiting to wonder if your medication is ready. Even yesterday I came in to pick up my meds with 4 customers ahead of me as well as 8 cars in drive thru. I waited no longer than 15 minutes to get my prescriptions. I'm always greeted with a kind smile and friendly service staff even in a chaos busy work environment. Do better be better and be the reason someone smiles today, you never know what someone is going through.

Hung up on my doctor then claimed to me they never got his message calling in my prescription. Doctor also noted the pharmacist was one of the rudest he’d spoken to. The Walgreens across the street is a much better option.
