Do not buy Google cards at the CVS store because it does not work. I bought one and when I returned to complain they told me that it was not their problem and that I had to contact the Google company.

Drive thru closed one cashier inside. If I wasn't stuck using CVS because my insurance outsourced prescriptions to CVS/caremark and they force me to by ongoing monthly prescriptions from CVS I wouldn't be here.11/11/23 Back again sigh once again as well drive thru still closed only one cashier inside at pharmacy and the line backed up halfway down the drug isle. After I arrived got in line 4 more people got in line behind me.11/13/23 drive thru still closed still one cashier. Please since I can't switch pharmacies please hire more people.Really do wish I could use another pharmacy.

Absolutely horrible customer service. When I asked to speak to a manager she hung up on me and when I tried calling back I was hung up on. I never once cursed I was trying to have my prescriptions transferred from a different cvs and correct a mistake on their end. They kept trying to refill a script from an old Dr from another state and when I told her I was absolutely sure they have the new Dr on file since I've been with him for over a year she not only mocked me for being upset but also hung up in me when I asked for a manager! What kind of customer service is that!?? Your so lucky I had already drove past your store or there would've been a scene. All she needed to do was look into the issue a little more instead of being rude.

I went to pick up my daughters breathing treatment today and they were closed bc the pharmacist decided not to come to work today so now my child has to wait till tomorrow to get her meds that she needs today they need to have a back up pharmacist there to fill prescription’s not happy at all will be switching pharmacies asap

I wanted to commend the Pharmacy staff & pharmacist Lorra. We went into CVS for a Flu shot three of us & they helped us right away. It was a busy Saturday & are doing their best with the staff they have. I think all jobs can use more employee’s & at the moment are limiting the amount of workers. I just want to say I observed the work ethics & communication between Lorra & her staff. They made it a pleasant experience. Keep up the good work! ?

First of all, why does the pharmacy completely shut down for lunch? Can the staff not take turns so that people can still get meds? I drove 20 min either way a screaming, sick baby to pick up her meds only for them to be closed. When I returned an hour of so later, I sat in the drive thru line for THIRTY MINUTES!! That is ridiculous. Why are there not 2 lanes so paid pick ups can be expedited quicker.Once I finally had my turn at the window, the guy waiting on me was so quiet I had to ask 3 times what he was saying. He acted annoyed that I couldn’t hear over the rushing air that comes thru the window and also the screaming, sick baby I had in the car. It took several min for him to find a script that was just filled the day before. When he finally came back, I asked to also get a bottle of Infant Motrin. He slammed the window closed (tho he had kept it open the entire transaction to this point) and returned a min or so later he comes back with children’s Tylenol and says that is all he could find. Well unfortunately those are not the same so I just took the scripts and left. Throughout my entire experienced, he seemed annoyed that I had to ask him to repeat what he was saying multiple times so maybe a microphone is needed at the window!Hopefully my daughter will change her pharmacy because this place is ridiculous.

I waited in the drive thru pharmacy line yesterday and waited 35 minutes to get to the window for them to tell me I didn't have any prescriptions. I opened my app and sure enough they had filled five. I had to walk in and wait another 25 minutes for them to hunt down my prescriptions, but what really ticked me off is they knew I had been in the car line and made me wait again in the store!No apologies Completely disorganized. Don't make my mistake. Choose a different pharmacy!!!

I’ve never had a positive experience filling a prescription at any CVS….. But this one is by far the worst! They don’t care how long you are without your medication or if you have a chronic disease. The pharmacists are arrogant and have no compassion for the customers.

Changing to another Pharmacy. Dr. Called in a rush order on Monday. Was told it would be ready Tuesday evening. Got there and not ready. Attitude was like it was my fault. Excuse was Manager had an emergency. Too many times they have screwed up. I’m done with this CVS.

Yesterday I Wen to CVS in Sanford NC to renew a prescription that should have been on automatic renewal. Now first the Druggist tried telling me I was out of date when it clearly said 2024 then he tries to tell me I was out of refills wrong again I never had it refilled and on the bottle it was clearly stated there was 3 He finally figured out that my Rx was canceled on CVSs end and he would not do anything about it. I take 80 mg of Lipitor it is a very high dose and I need to take it everyday. This is completely ridiculous. Extremely poor business.

The person who helped me earlier in the morning (Destiny) was so sweet. I understand there are some bad reviews, but my experience was extremely pleasant. I hope customers treat these employees better because they deserve it.

DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PHARMACY! i’ve received multiple calls/texts that my prescriptions are filled/ready, i show up & nothing is ready…so they say they’ll fill it & to come back, STILL NOTHING. we call to check on the status, nothing ready!!! they said they’ll hold my medication until 03/11 - we show up on the 10th & NOTHING IS READY! not even anything in the system saying we requested a refill!!!??? still not filled & it has been d@mn near going on 2 weeks & my daughter really needed her medication! RYAN ( white tall man with beard & dark hair above shoulder length) requested that i come in & show proof of messages. as i say my name to the cashier in the pharmacy, i overhear the old white lady with glasses say something rude so i know they were talking abt me all morning after my phone call ?? ryan was very much rude & ridiculous in person as well as over the phone. he showed me some paper that said they’ve had my medication since february & “returned” my medication on 03/16 which makes 0 sense as they had nothing on the 10th when we showed up!!! literally had to show my a$$ to get my daughters medication. showed multiple proof of messages as well as called the cvs # so they can hear the automated line say i have prescriptions ready - which of course they did not! this is not the 1st time this has happened btw! not sure why they hire people who do not do their job & then try to play in someone’s face, like why are y’all playing with people’s medication after we call/show up/etc??? i see in the reviews i am not the only one! y’all should be fired immediately. imagine the lawsuit of being sued for negligence. yikes.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY! I called wondering where my script was. It was ordered on Thursday, still not filled by following Monday! Called and asked to have script transferred, pharmacist told me they could not do it, then HUNG UP ON me!

There are so many other places on Horner where you can get your prescription filled, I would NOT recommend going to this CVS. Unless you like to have employees straight cop an attitude with you for absolutely no reason, and not want to help you in anyway then this is the place to go.I understand, everywhere is short staffed, and employees are over worked, but do not bring your attitude to work. I work with patients, I get it, sometimes you have a bad day. But don't let the costumer see it. Grow up.More than a few times, I’ve had run ins with employees at the pharmacy particularly, but also at the front. I’m always nice, I smile, I say thank you, but they always make you feel as if you are bothering them…. to do their job. It’s not hard to put a smile on your face. If you can’t be a decent person, find a different job.I should have read the other reviews before sending my prescriptions here. I’m definitely switching.
