This pharmacy is not one that I will ever choose to go to again. Not all CVS pharmacies are like this one, but after dealing with this location for over a year and having the roughly the same experience; I am officially done with this CVS. There has only been once I have gone there and was able to get my medicine the day it was supposed to be filled. The rest to the time I'm told they don't have it and they will order it, and I'm told that it will be in and ready 2 days later. Only to call and wait on hold, and I really wish I was kidding about this, each time for over an hour to speak with someone only to be told it didn't come in or wasn't even ordered. Then there is the issue concerning insurance for medicine. Did you know that a pharmacist can override a "prior authorization "insurance issue if you have had no change in the medicine you are taking, I didn't but I do now. But don't count on the pharmacist there to do it, even if it is a medication you absolutely need. I have gone into the store to have a medication filled ..wait 30 minutes, after they said it would be ready in 20 minutes only to be told that they don't have it. This location is a nightmare.

This is not the 1970's but CVS corporate policy is to close the entire pharmacy for lunch starting at 1:30pm. Rotate lunch shifts so the pharmacy can stay open? Nope They just can't figure out how to accomplish that. If I was not forced to use them because my company uses CVS/Caremark for drugs and CVS/Caremark requires ongoing prescriptions like blood pressure be only purchased through them I would happily switch pharmacies.

Extremely understaffed, took about 1 hr to get a small prescription that they told me would be ready in 15 min and never called me back for. Line always stretches far into the isle because of how slow the service is, needs to hire more people

Very slow at driving through for prescription pickups. Looked like only one person trying to handle everything. Not her fault obviously just poor management.
