Tom Reffeitt gives wonderful customer service taking care of his clients. The shop does great work. Marci is very helpful as well. They are very easy to work with.”

I've never personally had a need to use a body shop for repairs thankfully, but I do work hand in hand with body shops to ensure great quality repairs and can 100% honestly recommend Ed's Collision Center!!! We see the before and the after once they are done with repairs. Many times we are apart of their repair process, if their repairs weren't up to par and top notch we wouldn't be able to perform the work we are needed for to ensure a safe and quality repair of vehicles. They do the best work we have seen in the Sanford area and would absolutely take my personal vehicles to them without a second thought!!! I've never thought to leave a review for a body shop we service, but Google maps has been asking me for days to leave a review since we frequent them so often, and honestly I can't find a good reason not to. Before I didn't think it would be too professional, but after thinking about it for a couple of days I realize we actually get to see their work up front and down and dirty as some would say. I can truly say they repair vehicles by the book, they do top notch quality work, they take pride in their work, and they don't see their clients as just another vehicle. They take care of their customers/clients vehicles like they would their own family, they're genuine and loyal to their customers/clients. While I've never needed a bodyshop to repair one of my vehicles I can 100% say I would take any of them to Ed's Collision Center and if Ed's was completely out of the question I would pray to find another shop just as honest, loyal, and high quality as Ed's Collision Center is!!!”

“To all those who need auto body work, Gerber in Sanford NC is the absolute best. Dan, the GM and his entire staff are among the nicest and most professional folks I have ever met. My repair was held up almost 5 months due to parts availability. Dan worked constantly with me to get parts expedited. If it were not for Dan, my car would still be waiting for parts. When you have delays due to parts, you must go directly to the MFG and the leasing company. Always insist on lease deferral and expedited parts shipping. Don't expect anyone to help you other than yourself and your repair ship. Dan...and your entire staff... Thank you so so much!”
