“I put my 2020 Ford Ranger in the shop at Carstar after I was T-Boned in Apex. It was a big project that got delayed cause of parts issues but never the less they did a wonderful job. Can't even tell that it was in a accident. They cleaned it up nicely inside and out. They also picked up the balance of the rental car because the insurance company only would cover so long which I thought was a nice jester and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Carstar.”

“Great quality repairs!!! I've never personally had a need to use a body shop for repairs thankfully, but I do work hand in hand with body shops to ensure great quality repairs and can 100% honestly recommend Ed's Collision Center!!! We see the before and the after once they are done with repairs. Many times we are apart of their repair process, if their repairs weren't up to par and top notch we wouldn't be able to perform the work we are needed for to ensure a safe and quality repair of vehicles. They do the best work we have seen in the Sanford area and would absolutely take my personal vehicles to them without a second thought!!! I've never thought to leave a review for a body shop we service, but Google maps has been asking me for days to leave a review since we frequent them so often, and honestly I can't find a good reason not to. Before I didn't think it would be too professional, but after thinking about it for a couple of days I realize we actually get to see their work up front and down and dirty as some would say. I can truly say they repair vehicles by the book, they do top notch quality work, they take pride in their work, and they don't see their clients as just another vehicle. They take care of their customers/clients vehicles like they would their own family, they're genuine and loyal to their customers/clients. While I've never needed a bodyshop to repair one of my vehicles I can 100% say I would take any of them to Ed's Collision Center and if Ed's was completely out of the question I would pray to find another shop just as honest, loyal, and high quality as Ed's Collision Center is!!!”

“Highly recommend this body shop for collision repair. I was going through the other party's insurance and Gerber made the process easy. They keep you informed, sending updates twice a week.If you rent a vehicle with Enterprise while your car is in the shop they also inform them so your rental is able to be extended the length of repair (within insurance maximums) & when you pick your vehicle up, you can leave the rental at the body shop to be returned due to their contract with Enterprise. Truly a convenient service.Gerber's representatives were great, very kind throughout. They even called a few days after I picked my car up to make sure everything was going well with the repair work afterwards. Very much appreciated their efforts & hard work--especially the honesty and transparency.”
