If it if it wasn't for Marienne I would have quit banking here a long time ago.Marienne got ready to help me and took my day, then another teller stops helping the gentleman she's helping tells Marienne that he has a $4,000 deposit, then proceeded to take the next person in line, thus Marienne had to help Jerry deposit his 4k AND cash his check BEFORE helping me (DURING MY LUMCH BREAK)I DISLIKE THIS EMPLOYEE, SHE HAS HAS AN ATTITUDE IN THE PAST.

I know that I have an other review in Google for BB&T with some of the same people at the location, but for now no problems with staff. They are always willing to help in person or by phone when they can be reached by phone. Two weeks ago Friday when I went to get help with a loan, the person I spoke with did not seem to be there anymore. Will keep trying by phone, and hope to get an answer for an appointment. Nothing more.

There is never more than one Banker in the place. The Branch Leader could be helping but never does. I've been to multiple other locations where if the Bankers are backed up, the Branch Leader comes out to assist with the line. The lady never leaves her office. If you come after 2pm to see a Banker, forget it. You'll wait in line until they close. Don't bother looking for help from a Banker unless you make an appointment. They're NEVER AVAILABLE. Have had to come in multiple times needing same-day-service from my bank and have walked out without service and in a pinch after not getting different things handled. Not everyone can get off work all the time and sometimes you get off early and try to knock out errands. Not possible at this place. The one in Fayetteville is much better

No commonsense the manger brandy hayes don't seem like she know her job half hour just to get my pin set standing in the loby . Really bad more. Yet people sitting in the car have more Tellers at least they can seat comftble listen to music we have one teller. Look like they already have 1.9 review I guess I am not the only one.

One of the worst banks I’ve ever dealt with. Twice I’ve had to sit for half hour or more at atm for them to fix it. Half the time it still doesn’t work! Unbelievable! And right after I got my account my experian score went down 40 points! I’m getting a new bank asap!

Karen is the absolute worst. Living up to the Karen reputation out here. For being the window lady, you'd think they would put someone nicer and friendlier. Sassy, rude and overall disgusting how you see her treat others then certain others. Really disappointing. If BB&T records footage, they should playback her area throughout the day. She wouldn't last long there, unless she's a family member to the business then her behavior would be okay in their book. I'm so glad I don't bank with them anymore!

I went about a month ago to open up a bank account and Brandie Hayes was soooo nice and patient when explaining what I didn’t understand. I recommend going to her if you’re opening a new account for the first time since she is very kind and patient.

Just taking a minute to write how much this BB&T " Now Truist" has helped me in so many ways. I have been using this bank in this location since they opened. I am surprised of all the negative reviews and want to share my experience.My experience has been average 20-25 mins in line at drive through. I'd consider this normal especially if we are talking about the months that lobby wasn't open. This bank is capable of living up to reasonable expectations and I will continue to be a part of their bank even if the wait is longer or the staff is making changes for the better therefore slower. I feel like the team at this branch cares and will continue to make improvements for all of us.

The ATM rarely works. It's been like that for years.
