“I put my 2020 Ford Ranger in the shop at Carstar after I was T-Boned in Apex. It was a big project that got delayed cause of parts issues but never the less they did a wonderful job. Can't even tell that it was in a accident. They cleaned it up nicely inside and out. They also picked up the balance of the rental car because the insurance company only would cover so long which I thought was a nice jester and very much appreciated. I highly recommend Carstar.”

“I needed a battery for my 2015 Nissan Versa. I went in and they searched up the battery on the computer. The computer showed two different batteries so I tried the first one. I bought it and tried to put it in but found out I needed the other battery. I went back to swap it out and this little old man was so polite and helpful. He swapped out the batteries with no extra cost (should have been 40$ more). Such a sweet old man!”

“Great quality repairs!!! I've never personally had a need to use a body shop for repairs thankfully, but I do work hand in hand with body shops to ensure great quality repairs and can 100% honestly recommend Ed's Collision Center!!! We see the before and the after once they are done with repairs. Many times we are apart of their repair process, if their repairs weren't up to par and top notch we wouldn't be able to perform the work we are needed for to ensure a safe and quality repair of vehicles. They do the best work we have seen in the Sanford area and would absolutely take my personal vehicles to them without a second thought!!! I've never thought to leave a review for a body shop we service, but Google maps has been asking me for days to leave a review since we frequent them so often, and honestly I can't find a good reason not to. Before I didn't think it would be too professional, but after thinking about it for a couple of days I realize we actually get to see their work up front and down and dirty as some would say. I can truly say they repair vehicles by the book, they do top notch quality work, they take pride in their work, and they don't see their clients as just another vehicle. They take care of their customers/clients vehicles like they would their own family, they're genuine and loyal to their customers/clients. While I've never needed a bodyshop to repair one of my vehicles I can 100% say I would take any of them to Ed's Collision Center and if Ed's was completely out of the question I would pray to find another shop just as honest, loyal, and high quality as Ed's Collision Center is!!!”

“I just moved to NC with my 2023 Passport and needed to find a Honda dealer near Raleigh to get my maintenance and recalls done. After first calling a closer dealer who told me it'd be 10 months before they could get around to doing my recalls, I called Sanford Honda and Robert happily gave me several options over the next few days. I showed up at 7:50 for my 8 AM appointment the following morning (this morning) and Anthony immediately greeted me at the service lane - probably the nicest service advisor with whom I've ever spoken! Anthony gave me a clear picture of what to expect for timing and actions they'd take. They have a decent waiting area and good wifi where I was able to get some work done while they finished my recalls and service work. Two hours later, my truck was done, cleaned and ready to go! I had even mentioned an annoying vibration, which they checked out but said they didn't find anything out of the ordinary... Still, after they rotated the tires the vibration seems to have vanished. I can't say enough good things about this little service department team! There were three Honda dealers closer to my house than Sanford Honda, but they're worth driving a few minutes further. Thank you!”
