Rented a 6" chipper. Pick-up and drop off were very easy. Friendly, helpful staff.Equipment was clean and ran very well. No issues. Accomplished all we needed to in the 4 hour window from Pick-up to drop off.

Rented a mini excavator for a waterline in our yard. Staff was friendly and helpful with a few questions. The delivery and pickup went smooth. Will rent equipment here again! Thanks again to the staff for all the help!

I generally do not give bad reviews. regardless.But when it is clear that I believe I have been taken advantage of, it becomes time to voice my concerns. I rented a backhoe that was absolutely worn out. It would not lift a bucket of crush and run. Period. The rental agreement was for an 8 hour period. I returned it with less than 4 hours on the meter. According to the agreement, in writing, it says 1 to 4 hours equals one half a days rental; over 4 hours to 8 hours is a full days rental.Well, I was charged for a full days rental, even though I only logged in a little less than 4 hours because the equipment was worn out and unable to adequately preform as required. In spite of my repeated objections, pointing to the written agreement displayed on their own document. They refused to honor their own agreement stipulations.I would offer that A to Z Equipment Rentals in Sanford NC is run by poor management, and does not abide by their own guidelines. However, I would also wager, that if a customer had logged in .1 over the allotted time, that customer would be charged for that extra full days rental... Just Saying

I rent from here all of the time and I've always had great service and their equipment was always on point. I did have an issue last week where the pressure washer I rented was leaking pretty bad. I was kind of stuck on a job so they were willing to bring me another pressure washer which works perfectly. Blood pressure thanks again as you always have my business

I rented a Lift haulette on a Saturday Mr. Josh took care of me He was very courteous and very informative on how to use the equipment I had a problem with the equipment called them Monday and they were very helpful we were able to solve the problem I will definitely do business with them again

Emmanuel has been there aong time and ways takes care of what I need. Its not cheap, but what is? Cheaper than buying equipment for a one time use. I will be back.
