“@Cynthia Olson, Guessing your pre-paid label was from a Landrum address, which is why they referred you to the Landrum post office? Landrum is in South Carolina vs. Tryon being in North Carolina. It's not the distance it's the state ? BTW, this happened to me, too. Ebay defaulted to my previous address in a different state. All I had to do was pay the difference in postage. Happily paid, no snark included!”

“I had a terrible accident and have been unable to walk. The wonderful clerk at the post office took time to gather my mail and my packages and bring them to my car. They have the best staff I have ever seen at a post office. I have lived all over the USA. She is the best. I can never thank her enough for what she did.”
“I came to send off forms so I could obtain a passport. Everyone there was super friendly. Some of the items on the paperwork I had filled out incorrectly. The woman in the passport office bent over backwards to make sure that everything was correct and helped me send off everything. The folks there were so great.”

“I had some work stuff shipped to me while on vacation in this great town. One thing didn’t show up and these ladies were amazing. The postmaster came in on her day off on a Sunday to see if it came it. It showed up after I left and she went above and way beyond to make sure this was handled. Never had an experience like this with the post office. There are still good people out there that care about their work.”
