She also helped pick out coordinating accessories and everything fit very well when it arrived. We will use Oxford + Lee again when we need a suit or tux.”
“Brought my mother and teen daughter here to purchase dresses for my aunt’s funeral. I had looked online before coming to see what dresses were available in store for pickup in their sizes. I had taken screen shots of the dresses for them to try. I wanted to make the process easier for my mom especially.We located the first dress right away, but they didn’t have my daughter’s size. A few moments later the sales lady came and I showed her my pictures. They didn’t have the dress for my mom at all…in any sizes. She asked if I had selected the “in store” option on the site and I advised I did and had selected this location.She was very helpful with finding outfits for my mom though. We couldn’t find a dress mom liked, but found some slacks and a blouse that looked very nice on her. My daughter went about looking for herself and found the perfect dress on her own.I have forgotten the associate’s name, but she has been at this store forever! She is always helpful and patient, especially this trip given the circumstances. She checked on us while we were changing to be sure no size substitutions were needed, offered suggestions, and gave positive feedback. All this despite having a store with other shoppers and her being the ONLY person working. I listened while my daughter browsed through the shoes and jewelry for accessories to her dress, and the other ladies were saying the same appreciation for the customer service assistance.I could give the store a 3 for not having any of the dresses promised online. I also could give the store a 5 due to the amazing customer service we received. She saved the day to help us purchase other options. The compromise is the 4.”
“The manager was talking to the associate very nasty. The young lady was doing all she was asked and then some. There's no reason to speak to anyone in that manner. I can only imagine how she speaks to her when they are alone. My friend who is a Manager of a large staff was appalled, she started to say something but thought better of it”

“Tried on pants, suddenly had a code brown emergency. Bathroom is super convenient to dressing room and was able mad dash to the butt sink. Had Old Navy pants on, nobody axed me nothing, they saw the desperation. They didn't even judge when I put the pants back and walked out without a purchase. Music sucks, but the people are cool like beans.”
“Enjoyed this place as I don't shop for myself much at all rather my kids instead so went with my mother and will admit I spent a pretty penny in there no problem as it's a very unique store for business casual, to just causal that I have cartoon clothing I grew up to which I'm a cartoonist and been getting compliments on every outfit I have worn from there so far here are 3 outfits from there”
