FyI. If you return a u-haul here, make sure you take pictures of the truck, trailer, and anything you return, such as dolly's and moving pads. They changed me for not returning moving pads. This is b.s.
Update: The owner just called me and said that he apologized and will refund my money tomorrow. We will see what happens.

We arrived at this location and was confused because it was a U-Haul rental place I asked the person if this was him and I showed him the address on my phone. He decides when the antique stores open. It was closed. So good luck, maybe you will hit the lucky time.

We reserved a U-Haul at this location weeks ago and when my husband went to pick it up today they were closed. We called the number and they stated they wouldn’t honor our reservation and if we took it they would consider it stealing. Shame on U-Haul for allowing online booking on a place like this and shame on this location for knowing they have a reservation and not notifying us they would not allow us to pick it up PRIOR to us being there! Would never recommend this place. Added unnecessary stress to the already stressful moving process! I’d give them 0 stars if I could and still write a review. Find somewhere else to get your U-Haul in Salisbury!

Horrible customer experience. It's 11am on Tuesday. Shop hours are 10 am to 6pm. I'm standing at door. Owner walks up from behind building and asks how he can help. I say we just want to browse. He said "we're closed today". Mind you, he's standing there. I said "but your sign says you are open now on Tuesday". He says "forget about the sign. Try to come back another day." No thanks. But I will leave you an appropriate review on Yelp.

My wife and I have rented multiple times from this U-Haul location, and have always had great experiences with the owner. This morning, the owner arrived early to make sure we were able to get our key out of the lockbox. 5/5!
