I usually go to the bank closest to my home. While at work i stopped here to get something notarized. After waiting for 5 minutes, I was asked if I had a Notary template. I am not a notary. Why would I have their templates? My bank in Lexington is capable of notarizing my documents when I provide the necessary identification. They have everything they need to provide notary services. This branch does not. This wasted my break between clients. The tellers greeted me quickly, but it was a waste of gas and time as they did not provide the Notary service they claim to provide.

This is what happens when you don't have enough people to hire to because your too cheap and greedy while you burn your people out because you tried to save money while your not saving money by not retaining quality people why should I bank here why

I have been a Well Fargo customer since 2015, I called to make an appointment at the Innes bank but the agent who speaks Spanish did not work anymore and they sent me to this one, my appointment was at 9:30 am, I arrived at 9:20, they arrived people after me and they attended to it immediately, I was attended to at 10:15 almost an hour after I arrived and it turned out that no one spoke Spanish, but I was able to solve my problem

Just did a refii and everyone I dealt with was extremely nice.Went in to the bank today to do some business and was in and out in 15 minutes.This was at West Innes branch.

I have been a Wells Fargo customer for years. They don't have enough employees at this branch to talk with me about a loan. I walked out and went and got a loan somewhere else.

So i order coins regularly from wells fargo banks and never have an issue. I place an order at this location and the manager proceeds to tell me a story about a "coin shortage" as an excuse. (Ive been ordering coins regularly for nearly a year now) I dont know if theyre just lazy or if they enjoy lying to their customers. I advice choosing another branch to do business with.Fyi. I called another branch, the one i usually make my orders with and the order was made successfully with no problems, took all of 2 minutes to do so.

My stolen ID and debit card were used here to commit fraud. My card was reported stolen 2 days before the fraud was committed but they allowed the thief to use it anyways. Out quite a bit if money. Give Felony Lane Gang a search and never leave your belongings in your car.

My husband passed away in January, 2021 and his name has not been on my accounts since shortly thereafter, but, I see, his name is still listed!I have been with Wells Fargo since 1996 and have been satisfied with our relationship until the past year. I was scammed to the total of $4,000 + last summer. After showing the bankers the text documentation on my phone with Wells Fargo and told them it was through their phone line, two of the bankers, in essence, called me a liar! I reported the loss to law enforcement with proof to WF and they said that they were sorry, but they could do nothing. Aren’t banks insured with FDIC anymore and for this purpose? I have had several bank cards in the past year due to the bank’s insecurity. Recently I investigated a “possible compromise” on my card and the person I was talking with had a trigger finger and cancelled my card while we were still working on the information. It was not a compromise. All we’re ligament charges. I told him to reinstate my card and he said he couldn’t. I have to notify numerous companies of my card change each time. I am so upset and unhappy with Wells Fargo and I wish I knew of a more reputable bank with the convenience of Wells Fargo so I could end my relationship with them.

My stolen ID and debit card were used here to commit fraud and I am now out $3000+. My card was reported stolen 2 days before the fraud was committed but they allowed the thief to use it anyways!! Still fighting for my money back when I am a victim and suffering from my saving being stolen! If they can steal money when my account is flagged - I do not feel safe with my money in Wells Fargo any longer!

I commented on this branch location before but my complaint was taken down I guess they can't handle the truth.... This branch has the worst customer service and they seem to take pride on denie or prolonge your transaction... Yet when I get refused service that day, I can drive 4 minutes away to the Ennis branch and I'm received with smiles and kind service.... Unfortunately they are closed on Saturday and I have to put up with the rudeness of the Jake Alexander branch.... Let's see if this Post doesn't get token down...

Absolute disgrace to banking! I have no idea how or why I’ve stayed with this company... I guess for sheer convenience. But this particular location is the WORST! They will find any reason to turn away customers or cause a inconvenience. They are consistently rude each time I’ve visited and the rules are ever changing!
