I came in the morning.because some one use deposit check twicetime use and then I want to claim . but Idon'tspeak English not enough. so I need help some one ...but they don't help nothing. just say call to claim and use translation person.always this happen this place. my husband want to same bad feel . when he came to here.I don't know now my way...now time to change other bank?if someone go there don't go...service zero... do you believeI use this bank 10yer.Iwill give zero

I waited over 15 minutes, likely 20, to make a transaction. There was 1 teller only and she was busy with the same customer for over 15 minutes. There was also 1 other teller for the (busy) window.There was a woman walking around and she eventually came over to me and asked what I needed. She explained I'd need to continue waiting. Another few minutes went by and I asked her if she could assist. She states she was the Branch Manager and she didn't do the window transactions, she was there to help in other ways (these weren't her exact words and she was very polite ) . I asked why she isn't opening up a window when someone is waiting for a very long time . She said this was all the staff they had.Again, though she was polite, I think if there is an obvious need for additional teller support, a branch manager should have the ability/training to jump in and help rather than walk around the bank (there were no other customers waiting at that time other than myself ).I'm not sure I'd recommend this location if you need quicker service.

Worst bank ever!!! I suggest you go to another bank, I had to wait a long time in line because all they was doing was talk talk talk and then when I did go up to the teller she wouldn't give me any quarters so I could do my laundry not even a dollar's worth and had a really nasty attitude about it like she has some kind of authority over me, I would advise you to go somewhere else, if you're not one of their regular favorites they're not going to do anything for you, it was a complete waste of my time and the worst customer experience I've ever had in a bank. That woman don't have any authority over me not in the least, I went to the car wash and got change and she shouldn't even be working there

If I could give 0 I would. What kind of bank doesn’t even answer the phone? I called multiple times on different days last week and none of my calls were answered. I called State Employees Credit Union and they always answer within the first couple of rings. Not sure what is going on with this bank. We went once and they were out of checks, and also ink.... come on now...

Most of the time i have no problem and they are super nice. However recently i was given attitude for not other reason than they wanted to. If I wasnt required to enter this bank i wouldnt after how rude someone was to me. We are ALL struggling with what is going on but i work the frontlines also putting myself at risk too and i would never be rude to anyone because of how i felt on that day. Thank you for those who continue to be on the front lines of this you are all heroes..but some should keep the attitude in check.

I've been banking here for years. They do a fine job.
(They don't have a public restroom, for many security reasons relating to the layout of the building. They do not want an armed holdup. Please go somewhere else if you have to use one.)

Dear Wells Fargo, thank you for not allowing me as a banking customer to use your restroom when I needed it badly. I honestly did not mind urinating on your bank presidents car handles.. Have a great day, and thank you for everything!
