“May11,2024 @ 19:45My husband and I just delivered here! We were greeted at the gate by Jasmine⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ she is the most professional and pleasant security personnel we have encounter in our 20+ years of team truck driving! She should be training security personnel at all Dillards facilities! Frankly, she should be training, security personnel all over the country. Then they could all do their job the way they should! Thank you, Jasmine!!!”

“My experience was good (Prime Inc)My appointment at this shipper was scheduled for 8:00 a.m., and I arrived at 6:00 a.m. Note: don't drive to the guard check;(see attached google satellite view) instead, park in the staging area outside the entrance and walk to the checking station. There were eight drivers ahead of me, and I had to wait for 30 minutes. At the checking station, they collect your paperwork and instruct you to return to your truck and wait. They will send you a link to pay the lumper fee, which includes your door number. Once you've paid the fee, take the receipt to the check-in station, and they will provide you with the necessary paperwork and instructions. The dock number is listed on your lumper receipt. After receiving the paperwork, drive to the guard check, where they will issue a gate pass and provide additional instructions. I was backed into the dock around 8:00 a.m., placed the paperwork inside the trailer, and disconnected the truck. Then, I walked to the office and handed over the gate pass. The unloading process took about two hours, and once they finished, they called me, and I was on my way by 10:30 a.m.”
