I have called the pharmacy 4x today getting no answer from pharmacy. Answering the phone needs to be upgraded. It's a shame to sit on the phone for pharmacy, listening to the phone ring until it will not ring anymore. I have been with Walmart for years. I am thinking about changing my pharmacy to another one which will not be Walmart. I am very disappointed. There was nothing said about it being closed.

I tested positive for covid and yet again they closed early at about 7:30 so I was unavailable to get my medication. Worst service ever!

Line can be long at times, but prescriptions are always ready on time.

I am a patient person and can wait in the line which is usually long. Once I do get to pay for my prescription it is quick. The only thing I am not fond of is some (not all) of the staff are unpleasant. Complaining to other co-workers about another while checking me out at the register or for example I was next in line and the only worker available asked to go on break and I heard her manager, I assume was her manager, say you have another customer. The response to her manager was "She can wait.". As in me the customer. I can wait however it felt rude and the fact that I heard her say that as the customer didn't sit right with me. On another note I have had plenty of nice experiences as well.

First let me say Scott, the pharmacist is awesome. Other than Scott, there needs to be training in customer service. The rudeness is uncalled for and 9 timed out of 10, they won't answer the phone.

Nice that I can finally get my meds and not feel obligated to pay full price, thanks to good rx and walmart. 1st place I found that can and will accept the coupons I saved 250$ on my monthly meds. Nice

As for dedication and professionalism did be hard to find another pharmaceutical company that would take care of their clients the way Thieves personnel take care of us. They are so professional yet friendly as neighbors would be. But educated and very interested in promoting our health and protecting us. A pleasure to speak to everyone
