I had a prescription sent here for my daughter. They called to say insurance didn't cover it, I said okay. That's fine I'll pay out of pocket, but I asked if they could verify they were giving me the correct medication since it was a controlled substance. They answered yes it's the correct one. I called Insurnace to ask why they were not covering it, it turned out they were charging a totally different medication!!! Which was much stronger than the one prescribed, I called again and it was their error! Not the doctors!!! If I wasn't a diligent mom asking questions, who wonders what would have happened. No apology no nothing.

Went to the drive through pharmacy one evening last week . I had been diagnosed with a severe sinus infection. Instead of driving across town, I decided to give my local pharmacy a chance. I picked up 2 prescriptions from the drive through. The person that answered the phone at the drive through was extremely rude especially when I questioned the price of them . Cannon and CVS would have had no charge but instead Walgreens charged $20 for each .Just an example that I learned the hard way to check script prices before you go.

Every time I go to get a prescription I am treated with the lack of manners and disrespect I had one employ tell me go rhrough the drive thru than shut the drive thru as I pulled up reported it to the manager no actions were taken. This time I am stuck without my prescription for at least 4 days they could care less The only reason I come to thos store is the fact that this is the store my Tricare pays for. If something doesn't change I will be forced to turn in all the incidents I have had I kept a journal of incident and persons names involved.

Staff is helpful and friendly. It is usually an older lady that checks me out and she is kind and a pleasure to deal with. I guess the experience is this way because it isn't a millennial working the counter waiting to be back on their cell phone as soon as you walk away.

We come to this Walgreens ALL THE TIME never used the pharmacy, usually the store part. checking out, the cashiers have always been polite, every single time! We even recognize when they hire a new employee. We love this Walgreens!
