Do NOT go to this store. Order online. You may be deceived and pay way too much for the phone and services! It has taken me three days with customer service to straighten out the mess they made.

I had a terrible experience here twice, I am usually not a customer to complain or pitch a fit but the lack of compassion and understanding from the manager and employees at this location was completely unnecessary and I was not the only customer dissatisfied when I was in there. I'm sorry but customer service and training is truly lacking for some of the employees.

I had an amazing experience at this store. Professional and skilled staff, especially Hector, helped me through the entire process of a damage claim. I even received my replacement phone the same day. Highly recommend!*****

This is by far the worst cell phone store I have experienced. We added a phone to our plan and it seemed that the staff was More interested in selling us a more expensive plan and an expensive phone. When we decided on staying with our own plan and a cheap Phone they lost interest in helping us. The sales person told us they don't set up The phones and instead dialed Apple support for us to get set up With an Apple ID. The Apple person asked to speak with a store sales person and we could hear him criticizing them for not offering assistance to us in the store. The person who originally sold us the new phone disappeared and left us trying to figure out what to do. The last time I bought an iPhone was at Best Buy and they did a complete set up for me. This experience left me wishing I had gone to Best Buy. I would not recommend this store to anyone who needs assistance because you won't get it here.

To whom it may concern, I was recently in your Salisbury stores yesterday 6/10/18 around 3:00 for a technical problem with my Iphone. My experience was very poor and I truly feel like if I was of a different race, age, or there to spend money I would have had a different experience. As soon as I walked into the store I was greeted normal but as soon as the manager realized I was there for a technical problem and only had a couple simple questions it turned EXTREMELY horrible. After the manager (Chris) barely assisted me with fixing my phone i was in mid sentence with other questions/concerns i had with my phone plan and another associate informed him that he was needing his assistance with another customer and without any communication to me Chris walked away and did not come back and help me. I literally stood there for 5 minutes waiting on his return and he completely ignored me. It was so obvious that he left me to go work with another customer (white woman) that another store associate that witnessed the act gave me a look of disbelief and astonishment towards his manager. Again, I feel like he categorized me and treated me very poorly based on my race and the fact that I wasn't there to spend money. I have been a loyal Verizon wireless customer for years (10+ years) and have never experienced such a horrible feeling. The manager literally didn't even ask me if there was anything else I needed or made any attempt to communicate that he would be back to help me I eventually just walked out of the store with my questions still unanswered. Please see that the DM or someone high up in management sees this message as I am sure they would want to know that this is how their manager is operating the store.
