The Latino guy that works there refuses to go out of his way to explain anything to help. Both times I went up there he gave me horrible customer service! As he was helping me he stopped to help another person. He wouldn’t explain to me I needed a shipping label barcode he acted like I already knew. He was rude and very unhelpful. So now I have a package I have to take to another store because of him.

I guess times have changed. The rudest ladies were working when I came in today. Instead of laughing and making fun of customers maybe you should try explaining your policies/procedures and be a little bit friendlier. The atmosphere is dull and grim. When you walk in the customers are made to feel stupid and incompetent. Their prices have also went up since the last time I've been here as well. $2.25 to print a label. I'd avoid this place at all cost if you could.

Horrible experience - 30 weeks pregnant with 3 amazon returns, had the QR code ready (no packaging required was the option I chose so that I could just hand it to them and leave without worrying about it) the older lady in the front said oh no I cant take this you are supposed to package it first, I said no I clicked the option where I do not have to she says "nope". I had 3 boxes (1 item) of Christmas lights I was returning and she advised me that they also could not accept that as they are not responsible for amazon packaging and that they couldn't send that item due to it being 3 separate boxes but 1 item for return - I grabbed my items and left the first item she had scanned. Pregnancy hormones got the best of me, but this is not the first bad experience I have heard of at this location with bad employees. Was hoping the option I clicked was fast and effortless, seems I was wrong. Go to ANY other UPS location but this one.

The same people are there and they anticipate your needs even though I am not a frequent regular (once or twice a month). They have been very helpful even during the busy holidays.

Employee 16933 was extremely rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. Obviously the store is very busy and he is making money, so why care!

They mixed up 1 of 2 items so they sent someone else's package with mine, which cost me $192.06 and still haven't received any assistance
