Their customer service has went down the tank since they got rid of Franklin. Franklin made their business and took care of clients. All they focus on now is numbers and zero customer service. Im still waiting on a phone call back from the VP. I left 2 voicemails and no return calls yet. Its been 10 days.

They've officially moved from 385 Airport Rd in Salisbury North Carolina....The new address is 151 Odell School Rd in Concord North Carolina as of just earlier this month in July.

Unless you've been here before, there's not really a good place for overnight parking. But, the gate opens at 3am, NOT 9. Got me in 5 hours earlier than my appt time. Shame they're moving locations.
