Nicole was so amazing to work with! It was my birthday so i had a gift card to come in and update my skin care routine!!! Nicole was so patient with me answering all my questions and explaining the why behind everything!!! She took the time to listen to my needs and when a topic was not her specialty she referred me to the person whos it was! She was not pushy at all and just an overall joy to spend my birthday with!!!! Hope shes there next time i make a run!!!! Thank you so much Nicole!!!

Favs are typically well stocked. The checkout lines need to move faster. Pull folks off the floor until the line has been cleared.

The store is always clean, employees are friendly and always happy to help. Pickup experience is great with items fulfilled in less than the advertised 2 hours. This evening I came in late close to closing time and the employee had no issues with helping on a purchase and ‘Happy Returns’ product return.

I went into the store on 5/16/24.
I walked up to Isla and she immediately helped me with my cosmetic needs. I actually got a total make over. I am not a expert when it come to putting on make-up. Isla made my feel comfortable and explained everything to me. Thanks again Isla for taking your time and not just treating me like a customer. ?

I’m trying not to be devastated after my $100 haircut, I had to pretend to like it so I wouldn’t burst into tears. I spent years growing my hair after chemo. It was so long, past the bra line on my back. I said take an inch off, and he said it’s gonna be more, and showed me where. Well he took about five inches and it’s now sitting on top of my shoulders. They cannot be trusted with curly hair. I said I like it layered, he said it’s better blunt. He kept saying it’s art and he gets a vision in his mind, he likes to create… Two years worth of hair gone.

Whoever checked us out at the front was amazing! She got me my bday gift but was super friendly! She was knowlegable about products and procedures. I wish I rembered her name now. Will be back!

I’ve usually not had much of a problem here, but last time I went, I was looking at some products and was followed around from a distance and constantly asked if I was finding everything I needed or constantly had what appeared to be a manager hovering nearby. I felt like I was being treated like I was stealing, and it was extremely uncomfortable. I thought maybe I was overthinking her presence, until I did actually ask where something was, and the employee that had been hovering around me was very snippy about actually giving me directions. I ended up putting most of my products back and only buying my minimum necessities so that I could leave. I felt extremely uncomfortable. Most of the employees were rude to me if I spoke to them, but still seemed to hover and stare me down if I touched anything. Idk what the issue was, as I have shopped here multiple times with no issues and have never felt singled out like this before.

I've been in several Ulta's over the years and even worked in one as the Salon Manager/Master Stylist several years ago, so I know how they operate. At this location, being acknowledged upon entering the store isn't consistent at all. It's hit or miss. I've had so-so experience with employees asking if I'm finding everything I need. One of the most consistent issues is the replenishment. There have been several times I've gone in to grab what I need, only to find boxes of their shipment in the way or blocking the aisle. I was there a few weeks ago to pick up products from The Ordinary display and there were 3 FULL boxes of inventory stacked on the floor in front of the display. I looked around to see if there was an employee around who could move them, but there wasn't anyone nearby. I ended up moving them so that I could get to the serums I needed. It's just a bit of a mess in there. Also, my husband bought my favorite eyeliner (Better Than Sex Eyeliner) for me as a stocking stuffer for Christmas. I went to open the box and noticed it felt kind of lightweight and the packaging was taped together because it was separating. I opened the package and it was empty. No eyeliner. My husband was sold an empty, damaged box. Needless to say, my husband was aggravated and I was disappointed.
