The lady who helped us make a reservation was also so kind and helpful, a breath of fresh air when it comes to over the phone interaction these days.It's really rare to find businesses willing to put your needs above their own when you're in a pinch on time and that's exactly what they did for us, 1000 stars for customer service and satisfaction. I cant say enough good things. I will happily rent a uhaul from these sweet owners again!”

“Easy to find a quick friendly staff. I reserved my trailer online and it only took about 5 minutes onsite to complete my reservation paperwork. Staff offered to help my hook up to the trailer and while this was not needed the offer was genuine and much appreciated, especially considering it was 30°, windy and sleeting outside.”

“I needed to rent a vehicle on Thursday on extremely short notice after being jerked around and lied to by Enterprise in Salisbury. I had extenuating circumstances and was originally told by Enterprise that renting would be no problem and then when I actually tried to rent they said no. Then every other major rental agency was willing to rent to me but had no vehicles available on such short notice. With about an hour before closing Hoffman Salisbury came through even with my extenuating circumstances! At first, I wasn't sure what to expect when I talked to them on the phone, but the gentleman said to come on over and we'd look at things together and it ended up working out. I needed a vehicle for a trip back to Pennsylvania for a funeral and they ended up having a vehicle that was an exact clone of my personal vehicle, but one model year newer. It was so nice to not have to worry about fumbling for headlights, windshield wipers, or climate controls. I was just able to focus on getting to my destination safely. My personal vehicle was having mechanical issues. Renting from Hoffman ended up being very easy and it only took a few minutes. The price as compared to the major chains was similar or possibly a little less and the deposit was much less. They were willing c to work with me on my extenuating circumstances unlike enterprise who just lies . I would definitely work with Hoffman again in the future and would choose them over any of the other dealers or rental agencies unless my insurance requires otherwise. I definitely choose to support locally owned businesses! Thank you again Hoffman Auto rental and leasing for coming through on such short notice! I had tried to make arrangements earlier in the week but when you are lied to by another company it doesn't leave you many options at the last minute. “I frequent harbour frieght tools at this location often and find this store to be very helpful, not only with their staff but the merchandise they carry as well! Its sometimes lower end grade machinery but holds up well for \\\" HARRY HOMEOWNER\\\" if you will? For example: A nosh router at Lowe's is approx.$ 150.00. While a router at harbour frieght THEIR BRAND may be approx.$ 99.00. But as stated, they seem to hold up fine and are up to the task, without the Brand name cost!!”
