Best gym in town. Has everything you need . The owners are the best they care about their guests. The equipment is always clean and operational. Come and visit you will love it.

This was the starting and end to a New Year's Day Resolution 5K...but I went inside to check it out....super busy and had big variety of machines and not too crowded together....women's locker room, showers and bathrooms clean and well kept...would love to have membership here, but unfortunately I don't live in this town..

yesterday night 7-28-23 went with 3 family members and ask for a deal or promotions for new members but it seem guy on front desk didn't care on helping!!! rude

Visited this gym while traveling to Salisbury,NC very nice, lots of machines and other equipment. Ms Alecia ar the front desk was very accommodating.I hope I spelled her name correctly.

Excellent gym with plenty of equipment and, most importantly, plenty of squat racks. Staff was friendly. Day pass was $7.Highly recommend

Awesome gym! They have so many different machines and free weights to choose from. The price is amazing too. If you don't have a gym and live in Salisbury, this should be your first choice. 100% recommend if you like to lift hard.

Best gym ever. Multiple classes to choose from. Friendly, clean, great classes, lots of new equipment, tons of weights, personal trainers, juice bar, pre workout by the scoop, towels available on request, clean stocked locker rooms, dry sauna, stocked cooler with a wide range of drinks, protein shakes, water, pre workout, etc.., management almost always available, staff members there during every open hour. Awesome front desk staff, awesome management, best owners ever!!! My husband and I love this gym.
