The service manager was very nice. And apologetic. It just blows my mind how an oil change and tire rotation can take 1 hour and 42 minutes. With having an appointment no less. Their shop has lifts and air tools. I could kinda see that slow a service if the dude was working on his back in the driveway, but dang. Very disappointing.

I gave this rating one star only because I couldn’t give it zero stars. I am very disappointed with Team Chevrolet of Salisbury service department. Brought my car in on a Friday for air-conditioning problems and I was told my car would be ready on Monday, but I did not receive my car until Wednesday of that week. I was disappointed in paying almost $600 more than I could’ve elsewhere. I was also disappointed when looking at the invoice that I got a complementary vehicle inspection that I was charged $17.50 for. Also disappointed on what they found in that inspection, two of the items I had replaced just a week earlier. Topping it all off there was a 3% charge on a credit card purchase. I know vendors are starting to use that convenience charge but when given an option of bringing in $1400 in cash versus a credit card you would think that they would eat 3%. The repair was a three hour repair and it took five days. I would be hard-pressed to return to this location for service in the future.

This is by far the best GMC/Chevy/all car service department. They are honest, fast, professional & proficient. We have used so many dealers/service providers from Charlotte to Concord/Huntersville & Mooresville over the past decade… and this place is by far and away the best consistent experience for us. They service our vehicles in a timely manner, they communicate great. They make our experience pleasant & comfortable. Their shuttle service is such a nice added bonus! All the employees are so nice, the manager is great! I am so grateful I found them. We will always trust our cars to come here for maintenance & repairs. Great spot!!

What a horrible experience. Saw a car that I was interested in doing a trade in with at this location. Called this afternoon and made an appointment (called at 1:19pm) for 6:30pm tonight. The lady on the phone was super enthusiastic (so much so that she called multiple times throughout the day). We rearranged our day to get to this appointment. We show up at 6:20 to be greeted by a pretty lame guy who we could barely hear talking. We answered a few basic questions and he walked away into the office. Two minutes later, this overly enthusiastic lady walks out telling us "oh yeah we sold that car this morning!"... After telling them that we literally called and made an appointment to see this car THIS AFTERNOON the lady was like "yeah it was like 1:30ish that it sold"... right. We drove all the way to Salisbury from Charlotte just to be told the car was sold, when they knew we had an existing appointment to see that specific car BEFORE it had sold. A phone call would've been nice. Super sketchy business and really weird vibes at this place. We decided to look at the other two cars they had of the same model, all while the "salesman" (i think?) just stood there not really doing much to help or SELL? the cars to us. I will never support this business and will encourage others not to as well.

I can only comment on their service/oil change. Service is very slow. An hour for oil change. They have plenty of salesman and service manager but not enough technicians. Garage is full of cars but no one is working on them.One thing I like is that they have pretty fast wifi in the waiting room, and also service manager doesn't try to sell you extra service like other dealership which is annoying.

Salisbury location service department is a joke. Every time we make an appointment for service it’s always something, takes double to triple the length it should when you have appt. Today we had a 10 am appt for service, recall and a new key. While trying to check in there were 5 employees behind desks, 3 were busy and 2 were not. Neither of the free employees acknowledged we had even walked in or was waiting. We didn’t get help until one of the men who was on the phone was free. (I’ll add I asked why we’re not addressed and I was told the girl sitting in the middle playing on her cell phone didn’t work there. I replied by telling them she had a team Chevy shirt on but was told she is from a different dept).Customer service when you work for a company should have told you to acknowledge the customer and let them know you do not work in this department but someone would help in just a moment when they were free.The problem with this location is they have no customer service and no communication.This was a large part of why we purchased our Tahoe from Team Creedmore(who goes above and beyond).Because of the length of a simple oil change with a appt we had to reschedule our recall and getting a new key made.After these are complete I will be getting service elsewhere. Team Chevy Salisbury is trash.Services: Auto maintenance

I will NEVER purchase a vehicle from Team Chevy again. Their entire franchise. I traded in a truck and made it very clear that A. I wasn't putting any money down on my new vehicle and B. I wanted the equity from my trade. Because I didn't use the phrase "I want a check" they automatically put the $2,000 towards my new vehicle DESPITE having the conversation with the sales manager AND the sales person that I expected my equity. I even informed them that I'm in the process of buying a restaurant and the equity would be helpful. This was a conversation they can attest to. I called Salisbury at least 5 times to speak to the sales manager I had previously dealt with and got nothing but voicemail. I escalated the issue to the corporate office in Charlotte and, once again, got voicemail after voicemail, passed around to various would-be managers. And nothing. Today (12/22) I get a call back from someone saying there's "nothing that can be done" because I signed paperwork. Obviously that was not properly explained to me or I would never have signed. I asked for my equity. Why would I agree to that money going to the new car? So since I wasn't going to get my money back, I tried to negotiate getting my other car fixed in the same amount and was told no. THEN this person had the audacity to say he was "trying to help me and wouldn't be talked to that way." B******* you're trying to help. Everything I asked for was no. And YOU'RE being talked to a kind of way? After I am the one who has been passed around since beginning of November? I don't think so. I hung up on him. I will not be addressed and told no after no when the mistake was on THEIR end. I will never be a customer of this group again. I can't believe the way they do business.
