I tried T Mobile for 5 days, worst experience ever. I went back to AT&T. During those 5 days I spent 4 hours in store for them to correct their mistakes. I had constant dropped calls. My husbands rarely worked during those 5 days and calls were very staticky. If you go into the store be prepared to wait a couple of hours and they usually just have 2 people in the store Kyra and Kendra are the best things going in that store. I asked the assistant manager Levon to help me with something and he offered no help at all. I was really hoping that TMobile would work out because they have some good phone plans especially the 55 and over plan. I can’t save money at the cost of good service.

I've only been with T-mobile for a couple weeks now, after upgrading from Metro by T-Mobile. So far the service/signal seems to be the same, which is good for the most part as I expected.Customer service at the store is 50/50. I've been in the store at least 5-6 times in the past 2 weeks racking up my bill buying smart watches and phones and earbuds so I've gotten to meet most of the employees. 3 of the 5 are 100% awesome individuals who were polite and happy to help regardless of how many people were in piling up in line behind me or even when I came in the last minute. 2 of the employees however were rude, and either trying to push products on me I didn't want or push me out the door.The store is very busy. Expect to wait in line. And don't come in at the last minute or there's a chance you'll get attitude or refused service.The products are good but overpriced. I bought a set of Galaxy Buds for $249 and seen the same set at Walmart the same day for $100 less. They did approve me for leasing however which was great and honestly unexpected considering my credit is not the best.Overall I'm going to give them 3 out of 5 stars so far and will update the review as the months go by.

The staff was very very helpful even though we came late and made them work 10 minutes overtime. Not once did anyone complain I recommend T-Mobile to the world.

Excellent experience with Francisco!! We had an appointment, which really helped. There over 3 hours But...switched 3 phone lines, bought/activated 3 phones, added home internet, and got signed up for some major freebie deals!!! Francisco was superb. Recommend TMobile to everyone.
