Would be great if ANY locations actually had phone numbers listed or accurate hours online. Went to two different locations that were supposed to be open just to find a note on the door with hours differing from Spectrum online and Google. Could have called and saved a trip if a number were listed. Ridiculous that a company can be so intentionally hard to reach when the Internet is such a critical utility in households today.

The lady ok at first (no smile etc) but we got to talking and she perked up ... experience was ok.. could use better customer service all way around...I think we forget what kind industry we in and forget importance of a smile.... customer service

The staff was both knowledgeable, and helpful, the wait at this location was minimal, and they exchanged my old equipment for the new upgrade in record time, while providing helpful answers to my questions. I highly recommend.

Spectrum has went downhill as a company all the way around. We carried them as an internet service provider for years. We only had home internet through them, and payed 89.00 a month....so before making the decision to switch providers, I called atleast 5 times to attempt to make a change in order to keep their services. After getting the run-around everytime I tried, we finally decided to switch providers, so I boxed up all the equipment we had, and returned it to cancel our service. After arriving at the closest spectrum store, I was absolutely shocked at the way the business was ran. It reminded me of a visit to the DMV, only worse. After a 45 minute wait, I finally returned my equipment, and explained I was canceling my service. The guy didn't care, and didn't even attempt to ask why... never again.

The internet service sucks big time! I have a outage EVERY WEEK! Well this week it’s now twice within 2days! I pay almost 200 dollars every month and I can’t even use the service. I work from home and can’t work with this service Salisbury spectrum gives. This will be the second day this week I’ve had an outage here. If my job would allow me to go with another internet service I would not use Spectrum and to think I was going to get a mobile phone with them… Not likely … if the internet service is this bad I couldn’t imagine the phone service, probably goes out every week too.

This place is a joke and waste of time the workers always have an attitude they are not happy to help we should not have to jump through so many hoops just to get Wi-Fi!!

I brought a modem in to be sent back! The service representative had a attitude because I didn’t drop it off at the ups store!There needs to a place in this store that deals with modem and other issues! Then another place in this store to deal with cell phone service!

Don’t waste your time going to this store, just go 15 minutes down the road to Kannapolis. Lines are long, customer service sucks, and poor inventory management. I’ve been waiting a couple of weeks to upgrade from my iPhone 11 and have been told multiple times a truck is coming, but the truck must’ve gotten lost because they never get them. For a company whose products are to sell communications…The communication at this particular store is subpar at the very least.

Accounts will be accessed without proper approval or authentication of the user in front of them b forewarned spectrum does engage in fraudulent activity that is in violation of federal law. CPNI violations occur daily and management encourages these violations, retaliating against any employee who reports them. Spectrum's push for voice recognition is an effort to further muddy Waters in Hinder investigations into fraud. By using voice recognition they have a way to plausibly deny wrongdoing. Do not set up the voice recognition account verification system or you will more than likely see your bill increase and or services change at random and you will have no recourse.
