This location advertises it self as a shell but is no longer a shell gas station. Even when it was it wouldn’t accept shell fuel rewards.

Check dip stick for correct oil level and clean up after oil change. I have had three oil changes where the oil level was too high and two incidents where old oil dripped for several days after oil changes.

Never been here before but I was in the area and needed 4 tires balanced. I was very impressed with how clean it was for a mechanic shop. I loved how they had a nice waiting area. Juan was extremely helpful, friendly, and explained some concerns he found when doing the balance.

The mechanic drained our transmission fluid on our 2017 VW All Track instead of the oil. Then proceeded to fill the oil with the new quarts thus doubling the oil in our car which also means he did not check the dipstick upon completion. We broke down in Winston the next day on our way to Boston where I was in a wedding (we missed the wedding completely). Our transmission was completely incinerated. We sat with our two kids on the side of the highway for 2 hours in the sun and spent 3 weeks without a car. Jerry's insurance documented and covered the damage but Jerry himself was rude, unapologetic and refused to reimburse our $120 (yes, you read that right, $120) for the oil change which his insurance cannot cover because they can only cover the fees for 'resulting damage' not the initial fee for service. We have gone back in two times to be reimbursed the $120 and Jerry is unwilling to pay for it. So, if you want sub par mechanics and a rude, selfish, and unempathetic owner, go to Jerry's on Jake Alexander Blvd. I'm so thankful our family was safe when our transmission burned up underneath us. What kind of mechanic drains the transmission instead of the oil? So many times the mistake could have been caught; what does that say about the level of integrity at this service station. Terrible! It's one thing to make a mistake but another to treat a family so poorly who have been troubled by your incompetence.

Owner is rude, mechanics do not know what they're doing. I took my car there for an oil change. I will never take my car there again. You should not take your car here.

I was a customer and used Jerry's service for the past 15 + years. Key word was not any more. Jerry himself needs to retire not going to put up with the run around he has done to me in the past. This man is irgonant forgetful and selfish. His son todd is good and most likely could run this business far better than his dad does. Don't matter to late done giving my vehicle repairs or service to Jerrys Texaco. Will not refer anyone to this business ever again. Unsatisfied customer.

Would not recommend this establishment. The prices are higher than the dealership. Plus I had something stolen out of my truck while it was there

Last weekend I went for an oil change and inspection....they charged me $45 for the oil change and $30 for the inspection which I was ok with. Jerry then asked me if I would like the tag light changed on my car. I asked what would that cost me he said $12 so I said sure. When I went to check out my total was around $128. They charged me $44 worth of labor to change my tag light which I personally seen them change it (took less than a min). I told Jerry that he should of told me this in the first place I wouldn't have got the work done. He didn't care at all he said that this kind of work is more difficult to do now a days and that at the dealership it would have cost me $100 plus and that's how his worker gets paid for working on a Saturday afternoon. I told him that had nothing to do with me and that I would never be back. I'm a mother of 3 so yes every dollar counts. I'm very disappointed for the lack of customer service and the attitude that I went through. I will never be back I don't like ppl that are trying to steal peoples hard earned money! Now I see why a lot of ppl don't come here.
