I wish I could give less than 1 star but that star will go to the fact Salisbury even has a Sephora. We went 12/4/23. As for the cashier, Alicia….I have never had such a terrible interaction with a person in my life. I’ve worked in the service industry, I get it, we have bad days, but her attitude was garbage. I asked where a perfume was and she had an attitude, when I wasn’t sure if I had their points account, she gave me an attitude as if I had a sign above me saying “I’m a total idiot”. My husband had to hold his tongue. I NEVER post negative reviews but this called for it. However, Jessi was very sweet and asked if I needed anything.

Today I was in to purchase a xmas gift and the item I chose had no price tag. I saw it online for 25 but wanted to make sure. Went to the register to double check, asked how much it was. The girl working register was incredibly and obviously inconvenienced by my presence, with an attitude said 38$. I double checked online, it had indeed went off sale. She rang it up anyway and gave me the total and informed me the store was 20 percent off. I had a coupon and she told me I couldn't use it. The attitude of this employee was enough for me to decide I didn't want it. I said ok I just don't want it, when I said that she blew a raspberry rolled her eyes and mumbled an insult under her breath. I did not deserve that, as I told her. her response was a rude laugh, scoff and a I'm sorry I just made a noise. Management needs to check into this incredibly rude young woman who has no clue how to provide customer service.

They always follow me around and stare at me so much when I’m looking around for stuff and act like ima steal something even tho I got all DESINGER on from head to toe. 1 star

The workers follow me around EVERYTIME i go in, literally worst place and makes you feel uncomfortable they stare and dont even help, 0 star.

I came in this morning to get some lipstick, I found what I wanted, but the only one out was the tester, I tried to get help, but the two employees looked at me and turned around and walked away. I don’t know if they did this because I am goth, transgender, older, or if they were just to involved in their own private conversations. Whatever their reasons, it was very rude.

If I could give this location zero stars I absolutely would. I visited this Sephora on the 17th around 2 PM and 3 out of the 4 employees made this a very unpleasant experience. I was blatantly followed around and watched and wasn’t asked if I needed help. Oddly enough, everyone else in the store was greeted and left unattended afterwards. I advise certain WOC to avoid this location.
