I have lymphedema in both feet. I decided to go to Ralph Baker's Shoes. It is a family owned store. The people were busy at the time but very nice and respectful.After a little wait one of the employees was very helpful in finding a shoe that fit and was comfortable. Since then I have purchased another color and style. Savannah was super helpful and I had to try multiple shoes to find the right pair.There are times when they have been overwhelmed with customers, but they have failed to acknowledge me entering the store. I loved the experience. Many other shoe stores have not been that helpful.

I have been in the store several times and have bought tennis shoes and Birkenstock sandals from there... but the last two times that I was in which one of them was today. No one helped me at all. No one even spoke to me. I tried on shoes by myself and I came home and order them directly from the company. Same as I did last time when I needed some tennis shoes I order directly from the company did not purchase from local because they didn't help me.... Sad

My first time in Ralph Bakers..I did my research and Was ready to buy good quality shoes. I was curious to see if anyone had the same experience as I did. Went in and a family of three walked in behind me they were helped immediately associate was very helpful to them. I tried on the shoes they had on display (4 different shoes) in my size was never asked if I needed help I kind of felt invisible. Even had to say excuse me three times to go around associate and customer. oh well thankfully there are more places to get quality shoes. Very disheartening.

Once a year I visit Ralph Baker Shoes. I can say, I'm sad that it's only ONCE a year.The staff is ALWAYS PLEASANT and... Now, there's a BEAUTIFUL Giant (5'11"), working there.ALWAYS service WITH A SMILE!!GREAT JOB LADIES!!

My first time in there and I was greeted by a beautiful young woman. She was very organized and had good taste. she helped me find the right shoe for my feet, and even helped me put them on, that was very very courteous. God bless her. I did not feel out of place. I recommend this store. I am a disabled veteran and I was treated like a customer should be treated. Thank you again for your help. God bless.

Honestly one of the better shoe stores out there. The staff was super friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure you find the right shoe. They can take measurements of your foot to make sure you are getting the right fit. They have plenty of parking spots and I would highly recommend stopping by and taking a look.

I visited the store on 07/06/2022. It's a small store but I was never acknowledged but the two ladies that came in after me were assisted immediately. I guess I didn't look like someone that could buy shoes from their store. I'll drive to Winston or Charlotte in the future.

I took my 80 yr old dad there because he wanted SAS shoes. I was amazed at the service we received! Marissa took the time to actually measure his feet, listen to what he wanted and needed and work to find it for him. They carry a lot of other really good brands. Marissa provided amazing service and is a complete expert who obviously cares about the customers and their satisfaction. I wasn't shopping for myself but I will definitely go back when I need shoes. I am taking my husband who has a lot of foot problems and I know Marissa can help him find the best shoe!

I think my mom and I know my mother-in-law bought shoes there.My foot Dr had suggested I change the type of shoe I was wearing.I went to Ralph Bakers after seeing the had a diabetic shoe program.Once there the staff was very professional as to size my feet and set up a meeting to have imprints made to have molds made of my feet.Luckily they could use my insurance as to help with cost.So far so good.I guess I have found a shoe store myself.
